Water Elementals & Nature Spirits With Carol Anne Cross

So pleased to be here with you right now with Carol Ann Cross for a session of Energies of the New World.

And today we're going to be talking about water elementals and nature spirits.

Carol,

Thank you so much for being here with me.

Oh,

Thank you.

I'm really loving exploring all of the elementals because I've always loved the elementals.

And I think the more we can explore this side of the world and life,

Because that's where the universal life force energy comes from.

And I just love to have to share with everybody what I've been able to sort of learn and find out because I think it's just so exciting.

Well,

Why don't you just start?

You take us where you're going to lead us.

Okay,

So elementals are nature's spirits or guardians.

So they're what gives the great wildernesses of the world that beautiful,

Magical feeling and that anybody who has been out into the wilderness or into the forest and any part of nature,

You can feel the energy that's in the air.

And that energy and life force comes from the nature spirits.

And there's just so many and they work in conjunction with the elements.

So,

You know,

When we think about the elements that we have,

Earth,

Fire,

Wind and water,

It's only natural that the nature spirits sort of work together with the elements because that's what it's all about.

So,

You know,

And the exciting thing about it is that you don't need to actually even go out into the wilderness to be able to experience that.

If you have a pot plant,

You know,

That there's a bound to be a fairy in your pot plant.

So clarify Carol.

So in Colorado,

We have legal marijuana.

Are you talking about marijuana plants or a potted plant?

I'm talking about like a potted flower or some kind of plant.

That's what I thought you meant.

You know,

That's not to say that,

You know,

For medical marijuana and that there would not be fairies there because that's if people are having medical marijuana,

Then that's for to help their body to heal.

So therefore,

You know,

That the nature spirits and the fairies and everybody is working towards that.

So it's about bringing the life force energy to every part of us as humanity,

But also the animal and the spirit world and everything.

So they all work together because the elementals maintain the world's balance by guarding everything and harmonizing.

So if there's something wrong,

They all work together to bring it back to balance because they work so closely with Mother Earth,

With Gaia.

So,

You know,

What happens,

The air spirits control the wind,

The flow of the air currents and the atmospheric conditions.

And they also help birds to migrate and flowers to pollinate because,

You know,

The bees fly through the air to pollinate the flowers and the vegetables and everything they pollinate.

And the water spirits,

They influence the tides and climate.

They also work on cleansing bodies of water with because the bodies of waters have been polluted by mankind.

So they can work with mankind,

With us humans to cleanse and get rid of the pollination,

The pollution and toxicity that's in the water.

So the earth spirits create,

Sustain and renew natural things and process the waste products that are found in nature,

Because you've only got to put something,

You know,

If for some reason or other,

Somebody left an apple core,

They've been walking,

We don't want people to do that,

But they've been walking out in the bush,

They've eaten an apple and they just threw the apple core down.

Well,

The ants and all of the earth spirits work together to break that down,

But then to put it into the earth,

To fertilize the earth.

You know,

It's much better if we take our rubbish away with us,

But this is what the earth spirits do.

And of course,

The fire spirits,

They ignite fire and sustain life in the world.

They're in charge of keeping everything going from creation to transformation to destruction.

And they can also absorb mankind's hatreds and crimes,

As well as the toxicity of nuclear energies.

And when I read that,

I thought,

Whoa,

That's pretty,

Pretty big statement to make.

But when we stop and think about it,

You know,

If when we do meditations and things,

We're told to get rid of our thoughts,

Things that we don't want to hang on to,

That they will be transformed and turned into love and healing energy.

So to me,

That made sense,

That part of it,

When I read that about the fire spirits doing that,

And we'll go into what each of them are a little bit in a minute,

But I just wanted to say how they work and maintain the balance with the elements and the spirits.

So I know you told me once about your lovely story about the water spirits.

So you know,

They're referred to as all sorts of names,

But the one most commonly used is they're undines,

Or undines,

U-N-D-I-N-E-S.

And they are governed by the moon,

Which makes sense,

Because let's face it,

The moon governs the tides and all of those things.

And they're friendly and they're approachable,

And they can be found anywhere there is a source of water,

Whether that's a puddle that's been left over from the rain.

You know,

You have sometimes,

I don't know about you,

But when you were kids and you'd be walking along the road and you'd see a puddle of water left from the rain,

And you'd want to,

You'd instantly feel that you wanted to go and jump in that puddle of water and splash around and that.

Well,

You know,

To me,

When I was reading and preparing for this,

That made absolute sense that there would be water spirits in there,

Because they're wanting you to jump around and have fun in the water.

And to me,

That was really,

Really exciting.

And so the water sprites and spirits can include mermaids.

Now mermaids,

It's interesting when you go looking for information about mermaids,

Because I was reading that they have no,

That scientists have no proof that they've never found the remains of a mermaid.

And so to them,

They know there's mermaids,

Which is interesting because they're scientists,

But they have never found the remains of one.

But let's face it,

The mermaid stories of the mermaids have gone on through all of life.

And I just think that the mermaids are really really exciting.

So,

And the mermaids and the sprites and the undines and everybody,

They work with the ecosystems of the water.

So therefore,

We have to have the water and the earth in balance.

So they have a very important role to play.

Stepping back to the mermaids for just a second,

I read a really interesting story one day and it was called Soul Skin,

Spirit Sings Soul Skin,

I think was the name of it.

And it was a story of a man and he had heard the mermaid singing because that's what the sailors used to say.

They would hear the mermaid singing at night.

And he captured one of these because she had turned into human form to sing a song with all her group.

And they did that once a year.

And so he captured her and he took her skin,

Her seal skin.

She had a seal skin,

Not actually a mermaid skin,

But it did the same job.

And he would not give that back to her.

Now that seal skin or mermaid skin,

That was her soul.

And so he took her soul.

And I won't go into the story because it's a long and beautiful story.

And it's out of a book called Women Who Run With Wolves.

And there's a lot of spiritual stories in that.

Seal skin,

Soul skin.

That's right.

That's the name of it.

But to me,

I associated that with the mermaids because these women in their seals,

They were seals in the water,

But they came out on land to sing their songs.

And so I associated the singing of the mermaids that the sailors heard with this story.

So to me,

That just made sense.

But I find it so interesting.

Let's face it,

With our angels,

Our spirit guides,

And now with all of the nature beings,

Science can't really prove a lot of things,

But they don't disregard them because they know that they are there,

Even if they scientifically can't always see them.

I know we can do things like Korean photography and having our auras read and taking photos of all sorts of things.

So I think that it's so exciting that we are opening up more about this side of life and about what is actually there.

So if we walk out into our garden,

If the sun is shining,

Even if it's not,

You can feel the life force energy.

Now that life force energy is coming from the plants,

But it's also coming from the elementals who are living in the plants and in the ground and doing all of those things to help bring about the life force energy.

They're working in conjunction with Mother Earth,

With the angels,

With our spirit guides.

And this is why we're not energies of the new world.

It's just that they're coming more to the fore because they've been here since time began.

And I just think it's really,

Really wonderful.

And I just like it when I,

If I'm somewhere near a waterfall,

Which I'm not often,

But if I'm near a waterfall and the water is coming over and it's exploding,

And then there's the rainbows in the air and all of those,

I think it's beautiful to visualize that as all the water sprites,

But not just the water sprite,

It's all the silks and the air elementals and all of those things that are all working together,

But in such beauty and majesty.

To me,

It's just amazing how all of this happens.

So Carol,

I have so many questions for you.

Do you have to be near a water base,

A water source to be able to experience the water elementals?

No,

No.

Personally,

I believe that if you have a bath,

Have a shower,

I mean,

I don't know about you,

But when I'm in the shower,

I can receive so much information and downloads and all of those kinds of things.

So I think that,

You know,

Washing up,

You know,

All those bubbles and all of those things,

You are only limited by your imagination.

And I have a terrific imagination.

And so to me,

I don't believe that you need to be near a body of water because,

You know,

You have water out in your garden.

You might have,

I don't know if you might have a bird bath,

If you have birds and things like that,

Any kind of water.

And as we said,

Just a minute ago,

The puddle of water after the rain.

Personally,

I believe that,

You know,

They can be anywhere that there's water,

No matter what.

Any idea where,

When the puddle dries up,

Where those energies go?

Well,

Because they all work together with the earth.

So they can go back down and they can go down with the gnomes and then they can come up somewhere else where there's more water.

It doesn't mean they're going to die or anything like that.

So,

You know,

I may be wrong,

But I don't believe I am.

I believe that,

You know,

Because they all work together,

You know,

They work together.

So therefore,

They're here to support one another.

They each do their own job,

But they work together because,

You know,

Who's to say that,

Like,

If there's been a shower of rain and there's water on a leaf,

I know that there would be water spirits there along with the fairies.

And so,

You know,

And then when the rain goes down into the ground,

Then the gnomes and the elves and the pixies and everybody are then going to work with them in the ground.

Because it's a continuous thing of working together with Mother Earth to maintain the balance and the harmony that's around.

And,

You know,

I really and truly don't believe that once the water dries up in the puddle,

That that's the end of the water sprites because,

You know,

They live within the ecosystems.

So,

You know,

The ecosystems,

And who's to say they're not going to go down into the ground and find the ley lines that are going to take them to the next water system.

So,

No,

I don't,

That's what I believe.

So when you said they all have their own jobs,

What does that look like to you?

So,

For example,

Would you think that all wood nymphs have the same kind of job?

Or do you think this wood nymph has this job and this wood nymph has a different job?

What does that look like to you?

So what that looked like to me,

And it's like saying does,

You know,

Like you get 10 people together,

10 human people,

Physical people together,

Are they all going to have the same job?

Not necessarily.

So with your wood nymph,

It would depend,

I'd say,

On where they were,

Like you might have wood nymphs in a redwood tree.

But that doesn't mean that if something happened to that redwood tree that they couldn't then go and live in a pine tree or some other kind of tree.

I think that,

You know,

They're our specialists,

Just like they're specialists for us and what we do.

But I do believe that they can interact because,

You know,

The wood elements,

They play a really,

Really amazing role.

And,

You know,

We talked about trees,

Was that last week we talked about fairies?

I can't remember.

You know,

So they all have a really amazing role in our lives.

But,

You know,

They can move around just like all of the others can.

So I don't believe that they are limited to a certain thing.

It's just like us.

We can go and do one job one day and we can do another job the next day if we need to.

So I think that they have to be,

I would like to think they're fully adaptable and can do whatever they need to do.

Otherwise,

It's like,

You know,

We have bees.

And so the bees go to wherever something needs pollinating.

They're not limited to one kind of tree or one kind of flower or one kind of plant.

So I would,

To me,

I believe that that would apply also to any of the elementals.

Okay,

I have another question.

So you were talking about the nature spirits,

The earth spirits,

Fire,

Wind and water,

And you said that their job is to maintain the world's balance.

So when we're here in this fascinating and,

You know,

Unsettling time of COVID that's come in,

Do you imagine that the jobs of those nature spirits has shifted to try to help deal with that influx of the COVID virus?

Yes,

I do.

Because I believe that,

You know,

Because their role is so in tune with Mother Earth,

But we're living on Mother Earth,

I believe they're working harder at the moment.

And especially the ones who are dealing with the fear that is all around.

They will be working really hard to turn that fear into a positive energy.

And so the other thing is that in other ways,

Their job is made easier.

For example,

Because we're not out and about so much,

The waters aren't as polluted as they were.

So therefore,

That part of their job is not as hard,

But they will be doing other work there.

So we're not out and about in our cars as much as we were.

So therefore,

The pollution from the car exhausts and all of those kinds of things,

They're not filling the air as much as they were,

The air is much cleaner than what it was when COVID came.

So their job,

I believe,

Has changed.

But their jobs,

They will be working hard.

And so they will be working especially hard to try and,

As I said,

Get rid of the fear that is around.

And because,

You know,

Fear is another form of toxicity in our world.

And so I do believe that the things like the sylphs and the pixies and the fairies and all of those kind of beautiful little elementals,

They're probably working a bit harder,

But then the others will be helping them because they all work together,

Even though they have their specific job.

It's like,

You know,

Us,

We might have a specific job,

But in a time of crisis or fear or whatever label you want to put on it,

We step up and we do other things to help people and to help one another.

And so this is what they would do as well.

It's like the angels and our spirit guides,

You know,

They're working really,

Really strongly to help everybody at this time,

Because there's a lot of unnecessary stuff being put out there.

No,

I don't go into political stuff.

I don't go into that sort of thing.

But I do believe that if we all just stayed in a place of loving one another,

Kindness and compassion,

It would help this situation immensely.

It really would.

So that to me is what I asked for and put out there that we all come into a place of peace and joy and love.

And it does not mean that we have to accept what we don't believe in.

But I also think that it means that we don't go around spreading disharmony and fear.

And if we can't say anything nice,

Don't say anything.

So,

You know,

I've always been a firm believer in that because sometimes things are said that just aren't necessary and are hurtful to people.

And I personally think we'd get through this a whole lot quicker if everybody just came from a peace place of love and joy for one another.

So because if you look at I had a webinar the other week with my Reiki teacher,

And she talked about metaphysics and the metaphysics of it are all about anger and unhappiness.

So let's change that anger to love.

Joy,

Peace,

Harmony.

So yeah,

I do believe that all of the elementals are working together to support us and more importantly,

To support Mother Earth at this time.

Okay.

So another question.

When I do Reiki with animals or read an animal's energy,

I'm aware that for each of the different animal types,

There's an oversoul.

So it's like the God,

If you will,

Of that particular kind of animal.

Do the elementals also have oversouls?

When you say they all have their own jobs,

Who gives them those jobs?

How do they know what they're to be doing with their time?

Well,

That's a really interesting question.

So it's like,

I'll answer it another way.

Who gives the angels their jobs?

Right.

I think I know.

I think that the creator that I bow down to,

I see the archangels bowing down to that same creator.

So my belief is that that creator is connecting with them the same way that it's connecting with you.

Yes.

Yes.

And I firmly believe that as well,

Because he's the creator.

He,

She,

Whichever way you want to believe it,

He has given us,

We're all here.

You and I are here because we chose to be here at this time.

He has given all of the elementals and everything,

Their roles in life.

So,

And their role also is to bring balance and harmony and peace to our beautiful mother earth.

Just like I believe also our role is to bring peace,

Love and harmony to mother earth and to us and to mankind.

And,

And,

You know,

I believe that we all have specific roles that we signed onto before we came here.

And,

You know,

So I,

I,

That,

Yeah,

That's my belief.

I believe that the creator gave them all the roles and they're more than happy to fulfill their roles.

Beautiful.

All right.

One more question.

No,

That's good.

I like this.

Okay.

So I have experienced water dragons,

You knew shortly thereafter,

Because it was really exciting for me.

Would you say is a water dragon,

More of it in the dragon family or in the water elemental family or kind of boat?

Well,

In the dragon family,

No,

There's air dragons and there's water dragons and there's earth dragons and there's fire dragons.

So,

So yeah,

So it's,

To me,

It's in the dragon family,

But,

You know,

That we can,

We have water dragons,

They're physical.

We actually have this,

They're like big lizards sort of thing.

And so we do have physical water dragons.

So I,

I think about the,

The dragons as,

As being of the four elements as well as everything else.

So,

Yeah.

So we've got the,

The earth,

Fire,

Wind,

And water.

So the water elementals I kind of get,

Did dragons fit into all four of those?

Yes.

Okay.

And would unicorns fit into all four of those?

Not,

I,

I'm not as,

I don't know as much about unicorns.

As far as I'm aware,

The,

The unicorns are here to bring about healing.

So I,

What I have so far read about unicorns,

Just not a lot,

But what I have read,

I haven't come across them being element attached to the elements.

Okay.

Okay.

This is interesting for me.

Okay.

Carry on.

Okay.

So,

So we just mentioned sort of a little bit about the,

We've talked about the fairies and the fairies are part of the earth element,

Which is also the gnomes.

So,

And I think I talked about the gnomes when I did the fairy talk.

So the,

The gnomes they maintain the physical structure of the earth and they assist us to help us become aware of our,

Our physical senses,

All of the senses.

And the other thing that I found really interesting was that gnomes look after wounded animals.

So if there's any animals that are wounded in the forest or,

Or wherever,

The gnomes help with the healing of,

Of the animals.

And the gnomes also help us to tune into the energies of mother earth,

Because the gnomes are just,

They were just underground and on the,

On the surface of the ground.

So when we're grounding ourselves and we're tuning into mother earth,

The gnomes are sort of helping us at that time when we're physically grounding into our mother earth.

So that's when they can help us a lot to attune to what is happening around us.

That will help us with our senses because we know,

Or I personally know if I'm out of balance,

I need to ground myself.

And,

And,

You know,

When I ground myself,

I can feel my whole physical self coming back into balance.

And that's where I believe because the gnomes are so,

So connected to mother earth,

They are largely a part of mother earth,

That that helps us to restore those,

Those senses,

Both our physical senses.

And to me,

My,

If my psychic energies or my intuitive energies are out of balance,

I can ground myself and they all come back into balance.

So to me,

That was just a lovely way of saying that I'm being helped to do that by not only my angels,

My spirit guides,

But by the ground,

By mother earth,

By the gnomes who work in love with mother earth.

Does that make sense?

It does make sense.

And you've got me wondering,

I do energy work with a friend of mine,

And we've worked together for several years now,

But probably about four times when we've worked together,

Four gnomes have come into the room.

And each time I've been sort of waiting to figure out what,

What are they doing there?

And what can I learn from this?

And I'm still a little stymied on it.

So I'm taking in everything that you're saying about the gnomes,

And I'm thinking about these four,

Trying to figure out why they're connected to me.

Hmm,

That's really interesting.

I'd love to,

To hear when you work that out.

So next time you need to ask,

Have you asked them?

We have,

It's so funny,

Because they,

They have a lot of personality.

Oh,

Yes.

Yes.

And sometimes they just want me to like lighten up and kind of play,

Right?

And other times they're looking at me like,

Come on.

It's like,

I wish I knew what you wanted,

Because I could do this better.

So I haven't,

I really haven't figured out why do they come in when they come in?

And what are they trying to get me to do or tell me when they do come in?

But I suppose it would be male to a female.

It would all depend on who or what or what the energy work was you're doing at the time,

What the connection was to Mother Earth,

To yourself.

And so you know that they Yeah,

So that's really,

That's so exciting.

I think that's really exciting.

Yeah.

So when you talk to them next,

I'd love to hear what they say.

I'll see if I get some more information.

Yeah,

Yeah,

Well,

This is it.

And you know,

If you can't understand it,

Just say,

Well,

You know,

I can't understand it,

Tell it to me in a way I can really understand.

Because you know,

They may,

They might think they're giving it to you,

But you're not fully so Oh,

No,

That's really,

That's really exciting.

So you see,

You've had experience with all of these,

You've had your water,

Water divas and your gnomes.

And so I think that's really exciting.

Really exciting.

So yeah,

Yeah.

So the fire element,

That's,

That's the salamander.

So the salamanders are the elemental guardians of fire,

And they're here to control and contain flames.

So fire is the most destructive element on the planet.

And so it's their job to ensure the planet's safety from fire.

They're always present when healings happen.

Because,

You know,

Like if you use think about sometimes,

If somebody has something you're working on to heal,

You know,

You want to get rid of it.

So you want it,

You're working on it to heal.

But also everything that happens in our body happens in our mind first.

So therefore,

You know,

They have to have the mind body connection.

And so you know,

That they work with getting rid of that thought that they burn up that thought that's come from the person that's caused that the problem to occur within their body.

And my first experience with a salamander was at my friend's house,

And I had gone down to,

To give her some healing,

She was not good at all.

And that's actually where I saw my first unicorn,

Which was very exciting.

And this salamander,

It was absolutely huge.

It was it was the length of her patio,

It was huge.

And so I knew it was there for the healing.

And so that night,

I said to the salamander,

Because she lived by the lake.

And I said to the salamander,

You know,

You're not really a salamander.

I don't think I think you're a water dragon.

And the and he got very upset with me.

I'm a salamander.

And the interesting thing was,

Every time I went to my friend's house,

The salamander was there whenever I went there.

So I didn't see the unicorn again.

But to me,

It was interesting because the salamander was he was there protecting us.

But I also feel I loved being there because I loved the lake.

She was mean,

I love the energy of the lake.

And that's why I told him it was a water dragon to go back to the lake.

So you know,

Dragons are also associated with the fire element,

Because they breathe fire.

So but the salamander,

If you're having trouble lighting a fire,

Call on a salamander,

And they'll help you light the fire.

So you know,

If you're out in the bush,

And you can't get your fire to start,

So you can cook your dinner or something like that,

Call on a salamander.

So so yeah,

They found everywhere,

But they usually found underground.

So it was it's so interesting that this salamander,

And it was huge,

Absolutely huge,

Because if you see pictures of salamanders,

They're just like a big lizard sort of thing.

Right?

I'm looking at one right now,

Because I don't know that we have them here in Colorado.

Well,

You will,

But you just you just don't see them.

So,

You know,

But,

You know,

I won't be surprised if now that we're having these,

These talks,

That you're going to see more and more and more of these,

These beautiful elementals,

Because it's like acknowledging them.

It's it's like when we first acknowledge that we,

We know the angels are with us,

Or our spirit guides and teachers are with us.

And once we acknowledge them,

And acknowledge that we know they're there,

You know,

They're they're more willing to come into our energies and to be with us and make themselves known.

So,

You know,

I think that that all of these,

All of these beautiful things are always there.

So Carol,

With your friend who has salamander at her patio,

Could it have been that the salamander was her totem?

No,

It wasn't her totem,

Because unless I was there,

The salamander wasn't there.

Salamander only came when I was there.

Got it.

Okay.

It's it's also like,

She and I were laughing the other day.

She's moved house.

So she's,

She's really anxious for me to come down,

When COVID sort of all settled,

And I can travel interstate to,

To see what the energies are in her new house.

But she had this huge big tree in her yard.

And she said she could,

She could lay money on the fact that two days before I was due to arrive,

The owls would come and land in the tree.

It's the only time she ever saw the owls.

And then then a couple of days after I'd arrived,

Then they were happy they'd gone.

But she said,

Even if I didn't know you were coming,

In the first place,

She said,

As soon as I saw the owls,

I knew you were coming.

And so,

You know,

Those owls were associated with me.

But also the salamander was associated with me because it was never there any other time.

And my friend is very intuitive.

So she would have known if the salamander was there.

Wow,

You're very magical.

No,

I don't think of myself that way.

But you know,

I do.

I do love all of these things.

And so because of the fact that I love them so much,

I think that they they make themselves known to me,

Just like they will to you in the future.

A few months ago,

We had we had two owls in one of the trees in our yard.

And they told me they were there.

And they would tell me when they were there.

And they gave me messages and all of those things.

And so they were there for probably three or four weeks,

They'd go at night,

And then they'd be back in the morning.

And then then they were gone.

And then only one came back.

And I said to my husband,

Oh,

There's only one one out in the tree.

And he said,

That's because the other one is is out there.

It's obviously died.

And it's in the yard.

So So yeah,

So I went out and I talked to to the dead owl.

And,

Yeah,

So,

You know,

We can create such amazing things when we allow ourselves to do it.

You know,

That you I don't talk about all these things to some people that I know.

But you know,

This is a part of my life that I love.

And I just love being with these people.

And I love being with people who understand and who are willing to to say,

Yes,

I see that as well.

Or I feel that or I want to know more about that.

So to me,

That's,

That's part of what it's all about.

So,

And it's about expanding it.

Because,

You know,

When you talk about these things,

You're quite often going to find someone who says,

Gosh,

I thought I was the only one who was nutty enough to believe that or whatever.

So it's just,

And I find that there's some people I don't open up to a lot,

Because I know that I get their energy.

And I know that's not what they're interested in.

But I can still be friends with them.

It doesn't mean that they want to step into this part of my world.

So you know,

We have,

It's part of our balance in life,

Isn't it?

And,

And,

And this is what,

You know,

It's all about,

It's about us balancing our life,

Doing what feels right in our heart center for us.

But we have to live in this world,

We can't live in a fairyland,

You know,

We have to be practical,

We have to realize that there's shadow,

And dark as well as light.

And,

And,

You know,

Not everybody is going to understand what we're talking about today.

And that's fine.

Because we're all individuals,

And we're all unique.

So no,

I don't see myself as any different.

It's just maybe that I talk about my experiences when people ask me.

So yeah,

And that's what I'm loving about this.

I'm getting a chance to talk about all these things that I really love.

Right.

It's,

It's so much fun.

I'm reminded of just today at lunch,

Because my sister and my daughter and I were at lunch and a June bug came in.

Do you all have June bugs in Australia?

No,

What's that?

Well,

They're not that big.

But certain times a year,

There are more of them.

And some people might call them a stink bug,

Because if they get squished off the smell.

And here in the States,

A lot of restaurants have this thing where you take a picture of a barcode,

And then you get the restaurant menu.

Yes.

And it was posted on the table standing up.

And there was a June bug that was hanging out on this menu.

And so we were having quite a conversation about this June bug.

And my sister said,

All right,

No,

I won't ever kill him.

She's no,

And I wouldn't either.

Honestly,

If it was in the house,

I would take it outside.

And she says,

But what I will do,

I'll take I'll take it by its antennas,

And I'll just like,

Flick it out somewhere,

Right.

And so my daughter wanted to see her do that.

So my sister goes to the June bug gets it by the antennas and flicks it.

And literally about three minutes later,

I'm on the ground and this June bug is crawling back up and it comes crawling back up and goes to the exact same place on the menu.

And I started to laugh because just reading its energy.

Yeah,

It was like,

It's having a great time.

Like this again,

You know.

And so I so appreciate your connection to energy in nature,

Because I enjoy those things as well.

And if you really just sit and listen in,

You can be quite entertained.

There's a lot going on.

Yes,

You definitely can.

It's like yesterday,

We're out in the yard.

And this beautiful black and white butterfly,

It was flying all around flying really close.

And I said,

Oh,

Get a photo of this.

And then it flew away.

And I said,

Oh,

It's flowing away.

It had flown away just to a little leaf a little bit further away.

And it sat on that leaf,

And it opened its wings and closed its wings and opened its wings and closed its wings.

So I went over and I took a photo of it and I thanked it for letting me take this photo and then it flew away.

And so you know,

This is it if we allow ourselves to just let that innocent,

Almost childlike part of ourselves to think about these things and to explore them and to just,

You know,

There's nothing better than just wandering around in,

In,

In your yard,

You know,

And if you don't have trees and things,

I'm sure you have pot plants,

Whether they're marijuana plants or flower plants,

Or whatever they are.

But,

But you know,

The universal life force energy that is all around us,

That is,

Is not only looked after by the elementals,

But by a lot of us humans and people in the world.

You know,

When we allow ourselves to experience that universal life force energy,

That's amazing.

And that's what you know,

We use with healing,

We just channel that universal life force energy.

And so,

You know,

I think once we allow ourselves to let go of all of the things that have constricted us from,

You know,

In our childhood and,

And when we were brought up and things like that,

And just let our inner child out and just,

Just go out there and look around and,

And just feel it all.

It's just beautiful.

We have to,

We do have to slow down long enough to let that happen.

Yeah,

That's right.

Because,

And this is one of the things with COVID.

It's making us slow down.

You know,

It's just making us stop,

Reassess what it is we want in life.

You know,

We have choices.

That's what we're here on this planet for.

We have free will,

And we have choices.

And that's what is it is up to us to make those decisions as to where we go.

Do you have more information on the wind?

So yeah,

The the other one is the,

The air elemental,

Which is a silks.

So,

And,

You know,

Fairies sort of go,

They can be partly in that as well with the silks.

The silks are very similar to fairies,

But they have larger wings.

They're almost like,

Almost like angels in some ways,

You know,

The size of their wings and where their wings are.

So they're the,

Their element is air,

And it's the source of all energy.

And in some traditions,

This is called Chi or Prana.

And,

You know,

That's what we work with in healing and everything.

And the silks of the air can be found not only in the beautiful balmy breezes that we sometimes get in the stillness,

But also in the tornadoes and the hurricanes and all of that.

So you know,

They're all all tied up in all of that.

So,

You know,

And once again,

They're working with Mother Earth to keep the harmony.

Well,

That's interesting,

Because our dear Terry Angel is in Florida.

And,

You know,

Buckling down for a hurricane.

So that would be interesting to get an idea of the silks.

How do you spell silk?

S-Y-L-P-H-S.

Okay.

I just wanted to look it up and see because I'm not familiar with that word.

So yeah.

Excellent.

You know,

I love,

Carol,

How you teach us every time we do this.

This is great.

Well,

I'm learning as well,

Because,

You know,

It's making me step into to this part of the world and to put it in a way that,

You know,

I hope everybody understands what I'm saying.

So,

You know,

Because so it's good for me,

As well as for everybody who's listening.

And that's what the exciting part about it all is.

Okay,

So I'm seeing sylph,

S-Y-L-P-H,

Also known as sylphid,

S-Y-L-P-H-I-D,

Is an air spirit,

Formed of air,

Live in the air,

And have unusual power over the air,

Particularly the wind and the clouds.

Interesting.

It is interesting.

I so love watching the cloud formations.

Yes.

Yes,

It's beautiful.

It's beautiful.

And how within,

You know,

Depending on the wind that's up there,

How you can be watching something for several minutes,

And you're watching it change and morph into something different.

And it's,

You know,

We are just so blessed to be here in this beautiful place.

So,

You know,

And to enjoy all that is around us.

We really are.

We really are.

And you know,

There's sometimes I get woken up in early in the morning,

And I hear go look outside.

So I'll get up and go look outside and there's this amazingly bright orange sunrise.

And it's like,

That was for me.

No,

It wasn't.

But that was for me.

And you know,

This is it,

You know,

You're,

You're,

You're recognizing that that was especially for you.

And,

And,

You know,

How blessed you are,

Because you're seeing it with your eyes.

And so no matter how many other people saw that beautiful sunrise,

It's only what you saw with your eyes that was so special.

So and this is it,

You know,

We need to,

To,

To love ourselves and value ourselves and realize that,

You know,

How blessed we are to have opportunities like that.

Right,

Absolutely.

So I know we are running out of time here.

But I just wanted to make sure that we got each of the nature spirits.

Yes.

Okay.

Yes,

We did.

Okay,

I did have a little meditation,

But we probably don't have time for that.

So we'll do that another time.

Because,

Yeah,

I would love to do that.

And I'm just I'm really just soaking up everything that you've been talking about so far,

Because we've been so many new concepts for me here.

Well,

You know,

To me,

Once once people can get out and walk around out into the bush or into one of your your national parks or something like that,

And just allow yourself to,

To absorb and feel the energy of the ground and the and the gnomes and,

And the trees and the fairies and the air and,

And all of that.

It's just it's just really awesome.

I really,

I really recommend everybody do that.

And it will just make them feel so much better,

Because they're taking in that universal life force energy that's all around us.

But when you're out in nature,

Then you can absorb it and see it a bit differently to what you can just walking around your garden.

But if you can't get out there,

Just walk around your garden,

Just we'll just sit outside with a cuppa on your patio and look at the sky and the clouds.

Right?

Yeah.

And I'm remembering today at the same lunch where the June bug was,

We were sitting there and a black and white butterfly comes up.

You don't normally get black and white butterflies.

So we were all watching it was about this big.

And it flits around my husband.

And then it sits on his chair.

And then it came in and swooped and sat on his plate.

And it was it was such a look at me moment that I wanted to come home and look up,

You know,

The spirit meaning of a butterfly.

But I love the fact that you all were seeing a black and white butterfly,

And we were seeing a black and white butterfly,

Because it just feels a little too connected to me to just,

You know,

Counted off as coincidence.

That's for sure.

Well,

Butterflies are all about transformation.

Okay,

That that's just a one word explanation about butterflies.

So no,

It's,

It's,

You know,

It's just,

There's so many beautiful things out there when we stop and,

And that's lovely about the butterfly and your husband.

When his mother passed,

We had the family over for breakfast a couple hours after,

After she had passed,

And I went outside,

And there was a bush outside the front door.

And there were about 30 monarch butterflies on it.

Oh,

Wow.

We don't get that many butterflies anywhere here.

And I thought at that time,

Mom is fine.

You know,

It was,

It was a symbol that mom was fine.

And that when I saw butterflies,

I would think of her.

Yes.

So to have that butterfly today,

Landing on her son's plate was pretty special.

Oh,

That that's just yes,

A wonderful,

Wonderful symbol for you,

For your husband and for you and the family.

Yeah.
