So let's start to guide the breath out of your belly,
Once you lay down.
Taking a deep breath into the nose,
Into the chest,
Into your ribcage,
Into your belly,
All the way down into your roots.
I'm just gradually creating a wave of breath.
Imagine your breath is like a wave coming from your nose,
All the way.
And just notice the sound of the wind inviting that wave with its rhythm of your breath behind your eyelids.
Just tune in with that space of yours and gently invite yourself into the most beautiful space you have ever been.
Somewhere in the nature.
Notice your bare feet connecting with the earth.
This is your sacred safe space.
This is the space where you can be exactly who you are.
Gently tuning in with the changing of the seasons,
Inviting golden light coming from the heart of the mother.
Beaming into your feet,
All the way up into your spine.
Tuning in with that golden light becomes a chord that you start following.
And you start walking down,
Deep into the belly of the mother.
You are passing rocks and crystals.
Step after step.
Left.
It starts to get darker and darker.
You are passing the roots of the trees,
Holding each other.
And you keep weaving yourself down.
Just for a moment,
Looking down,
You can see your feet moving.
Left,
Right.
And you are going deeper and deeper.
And here in front of you,
You can see a woman.
Long hair,
Her eyes.
And you realize that this is you.
This is your divine self.
The medicine woman within.
And she is giving you something.
You bring your hands forward.
You open your palms.
You receive the gift.
Gently bring it towards your heart.
And when you close your eyes,
You are gently starting your journey up.
Resonating the bija mantra for each chakra.
Chanting each bija sound three times.
So with your eyes closed,
Bring your awareness all the way down to the base of your spine.
And then slowly raising the awareness up into the sacrum,
To the second chakra,
Svadhisthana.
And the bija mantra for svadhisthana is vama.
Taking a deep breath in.
Vama.
The city of jewels.
The bija sound for manipura is ram.
Taking a deep breath in.
Ram.
The bija mantra for anahata is.
Taking a deep breath in.
The bija mantra for visuddha is ham.
Taking a deep breath in.
The bija mantra for sahasrara is aum.
A-U-M.
Taking a deep breath in.
Lotus of the crown centre.
And see each of the petals gently unfolding.
Golden white light emanating from its centre.
And on the tip of each petal,
A tiny antennae.
Reaching up towards the light.
The heart of the universe.
Moving into our ongoing alms.
Where we'll overlap with each other,
We don't need to stay in sync with each other.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath in.
Fading down over the shoulders.
Golden filaments of light.
And filling the auric field.
Feel yourself.
Imagine yourself.
Pushing your aura out in all directions.
In front of you.
Behind you.
To the left.
To the right.
Beneath you and above you.
Stretching the aura out in all directions.
A beautiful golden white light.
And slowly raising your arms over your head.
Bringing the palms into prayer.
And then drawing the hands down to the crown centre.
To the third eye centre.
To the throat centre.
And to the heart centre.
And resting in the inner sanctum of your heart.
And very slowly,
Gently blinking open your eyes.
