Day 4.
Intention.
Intentions help us to take small steps towards truly creating the life that we really envisage for ourselves.
It's a way to anchor ourselves in the day,
Creating more mindfulness which in turn can lead to decreased anxiety,
Personal empowerment and a sense of purpose,
Moving towards what we desire and greater feelings of joy.
So have an intention in mind as you do this meditation.
What do you wish for?
What is your focus for this meditation?
Sit in an upright comfortable position.
Hands are placed on your lap,
Palms facing upwards,
Shoulders release and relax down the back as you close your eyes.
Start by resting your attention on different parts of your body and the space around those parts of your body.
With each of these take your time and feel it.
Become aware of it.
Stay present with it.
Become aware of the infinite vast space way out behind your eyes.
An eternal black space.
The space in the center of your head.
The space between the back of your throat and the back of your head.
The space beyond your head.
Become aware of the space in the center of your throat,
The space beyond your throat and around your neck.
The space in the center of your chest.
Become aware of the space around your body.
The space behind your navel.
The space around your hips in this endless black void.
With each of these take your time and feel it.
Become aware of it and stay present with it.
Become aware of the vastness of the space of your room.
And then extend your awareness to the vastness of the space beyond the room in space.
And finally to the vastness of space that all of space occupies in space.
Now take your attention off your body,
Off the environment and off time to be nobody,
No one,
No thing,
Nowhere in no time.
You are pure consciousness.
Unfold as awareness in this infinite black space and endless field where all possibilities exist.
Return to the present moment.
You are here.
Keep unfolding into this immaterial space by continuously reinvesting your attention.
Think of one thing you want to work on and bring it to mind.
Think about the potential that already exists and tune into your future as if what you wish for is already with you.
Tap into the vibrational energy of what it feels like to have what you already want.
Continue to meditate on this notion.
How will things be different when you tap into this energy force of possibility?
How will you feel and where do you feel it in your body?
Tap into these feelings and focus on them and feel them now.
Surrender your creation to a greater mind,
Planting a seed in the infinite field of possibilities and let it go.
Bless your body with a new mind,
Bless your life,
Bless your challenges,
Your soul,
Your past.
Bless this time to manifest,
Bless your future that will be,
Bless the divine in you and open your heart.
Give thanks for a new path made to manifest.
Coming into the body,
Scan your body from head to toe.
Awaken,
Open your eyes,
Return to the present moment.
Awaken with a new sense of moving towards your intention.
