Rob is a medically retired Navy SEAL, now Yogi. During his time in the military, he was tortured and locked in a box underground. Many of his friends died. When Rob was hurt and medically retired from the Navy, he began a search to find natural paths of healing. His doctors only wanted to give him drugs and surgery. He traveled to the Himalayan Mountains to learn from Monks, deep in the Amazon to learn from Shamans, and continued his path around the world learning from experts in healing. Today, Rob is fully recovered and helps others with his knowledge. Rob supports many types of natural healing. He believes that the solutions to our problems exist within ourselves. Within his daily routine, he focuses on breathing first, then meditations. Rob eats a very conscientious plant-based diet and listens to the needs of his body. In his spare time, Robert works on a sustainable organic farm in Colorado and practices yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and jiu-jitsu. Most of Robert's time is spent helping others through non-profit work. Robert is also known as the "Sleep Genius" as he has helped hundreds of people with their sleep.

After 2 years of doing your 10 sec box practice I’ve finally done this one. Thank you for the lesson 🙌🏻

Thank you for this breathing practice. I have built up to 12 now after starting at 8 and will keep going. I find the holding out of the breathe the hardest part of the four components, my chest does not feel relaxed. Have you any suggestions how to help with this? Thanks again 🌸 I wrote this message two years ago when I was building up my breathing practice. Thank you for your encouragement, I can now do the full practice and know my lung capacity has grown so much 🙏🌸

As a relative newcomer to meditation and a complete novice to this form of breathwork, I am grateful for this experience. The guidance was clear, concise, practical, and direct. This was a perfect introduction and I feel encouraged about exploring this practice more deeply.

these are the tracks I seek out when I’m looking to wade deeper into the awareness I’ve been cultivating through breathwork. returning to shapes and patterns like box breathing have provided structure to my creativity, order to my digital life, and clarity on where the shapes in my life may not yet be congruent or symmetrical to what I envision or desire. this ^ is where meditation & yoga provide me a chance to rest and become the shape (with lots of patience and practice, 😅). extremely grateful for this advanced box breathing track 🙏🏾.

Love this! Didn’t realise the prompt had switched to your breath but hung in there with an extra long hold!. I also rolled my eyes up to third eye to go deeper. I have acute chronic pain so this work is amazing for me - thank you so much really enjoyed this. 🙏🏽Have a beautiful weekend 🙏🏽

Like many people — I’m very fond of box breathing. I have found many great practices that each use of the box is a fraction of this one. Thanks for this. The way you are comfortably guiding this is reassuring throughout. This may have just become my favorite breathwork save. 8″(x4) is my new top tier box 📦✨

Try this one. Not sure why I was afraid to do 20 eight-count box breaths. It felt great. Amazing massage for the vagus nerve.
