Transcript

Welcome to this guided consecration practice.

Find a comfortable seat and start to relax,

Closing the eyes.

Take a few deeper breaths,

Maybe they go in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And let the belly soften,

The shoulders relax.

And take a big breath into the back of the body,

Softening the neck,

Base of the skull,

Lower back,

Softening.

You can bring the palms together in front of the chest in prayer and gently pull the thumbs into the sternum.

You might even play with the position of your chin,

Gently lifting it or maybe lowering it,

A sense of turning inward and connecting to the heart space.

Feel the connection between the breath,

The hands,

The heart and the very depth,

The center of your being.

And inner core of stillness and peace,

Existence in the middle.

You can also open up the crown of your head and just breathe through the crown,

Feeling a connection between the heart and the top of the head.

You might even open more to a descent of energy through the crown of the head down into the heart space.

A subtle flow of energy,

A subtle beam of light connecting the crown and the heart.

It's okay that thoughts keep moving.

Keep the breath guiding you inward and keeping you connected to the heart space,

Sensing the sacredness of your being in the middle.

Sense the truth of your being,

The part of yourself that doesn't change,

God that's inside.

And now start to alternate an acknowledgement of this stillness in the heart and the truth with the actions in your life,

A particular action you're surrendering or just the whole actions of the entire day,

Surrender those actions to this essence being.

Surrender to the heart.

Discover the fruits and the results and expectation and attachment to the actions to the heart.

Also you can try to offer these thoughts and activities of your person all the way up through the crown of the head into the void above you,

Offering them back to the source.

You might repeat certain mantras such as,

Let me be a vessel for the divine will.

I empty myself of any personal attachment and recognize that this is God's will or the divine will.

I surrender my entire being.

I surrender my entire being.

I surrender these actions,

These parts of my day,

These activities.

I surrender them to the heart and to the source and I surrender my entire being.

I empty myself of personal attachment.

I am not the author.

Conclude here with a few deeper breaths and a deeper acknowledgement of the truth that guides us,

This background of stillness and life and existence that is the true author of these actions.
