Letting the energy go out down through your feet into the earth.
As if you're growing roots like a tree grounded in the earth.
Breathing in,
Letting go.

Letting go of yesterday.
Breathing in the now,
Letting go of three minutes ago.
Breathing in your breath,
Letting go of your last breath.
Breathing beauty,
Letting go of ugliness.
Breathing possibility,
Letting go of negativity.

Breathing the oxygen so freely given to us.
Breathe out the carbon dioxide which feeds the trees,
The plants.
Breathing in possibility,
Love,
Peace.
Letting go of negativity,
Useless thoughts,
Toxins.
Breathe in light and love.
Let go of darkness.
Breathe in joy,
Breathe out sadness.
Breathe in love,
Breathe out grief.
Allow any negativity or anything that feels heavy in your body to go out down through your legs into the floor as you breathe in light.
Breathe in the light between the eyebrows,
The space that some say the third eye resides.
Imagine a light coming in,
Feeling your body with light,
Beauty,
Energy.
A beautiful healing light filling your body,
Bringing you to places,
Any places we're holding on or fear is.
Let them light up.
Feel them lighting up as you breathe in more of this light cascading through your spirit body,
The space between the cells.
Seem alive with this energy and light as you breathe in.
Let go,
Go deep.
Breathing in love,
Feeling love,
Feeling light.
Bathe in this energy for just a little and drift with the music.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to the air on your skin,
Feeling it soft,
Relaxed.
Feel your fingers,
Feel your toes,
Grateful that you can feel.

Knowing you can bring this peace and love with you anytime it resides within you,
