Grace Bryant

Grace Bryant (they/them) loves inviting people into the shadows, discomfort and fun of dismantling our inherited and created conditions through spiritual practice. Grace is exceptionally grateful for all of the teachers, partners, communities, colleagues, mentors and badass people in their life who inspire creativity in the chaos and have taught them so many tools of radical acceptance, and personal and societal dismantling.

I like the idea of calling it a puppy-mind. When I say “my monkey mind” I feel wild, especially scattered and beyond my grasp of reserve and calm again. Puppy-mind is sweet and resonated with me. I even thought about what the puppy looked like and it’s sweet smile. Thank you Grace 🙏🏼 namaste

Clear guidance to begin followed by 10 minutes of silent practice. A great track for those who enjoy silent practice.

Beautifully guided and I absolutely love the silence. By far one of my favorite meditations 🧘‍♀️❤ After years, still one of my favorites.

My new favorite guided tonglen practice🙂 there was just enough guidance and just enough silence in which to do the actual work. Just perfect! Ty

Beautiful practice itself I highly recommended, created by the Hridaya school based largely off the teachings of the great 20th century sage Ramana Maharshi. These are timeless practices to create space for the possibility of coming back into Remembrance of a deeper experience of self to connect directly with Source through the heart portal. Bryant guides a powerful inward journey to facilitate this reconnection, I love this version of the Hridaya practice!
