This meditation is meant to support you on your healing journey of you heart. In difficult times, we often close ourselves to others and ourself. In this practice we are realising feelings of sadness, grief or disappointment and setting the anchor in our heart to welcome love, joy and trust. I invite you to join me on a little journey towards re-opening our hearts, letting love in and fill us with positivity to continue our path of healing.

Hi everyone,

My name is Camilla and this meditation is designed to support you in your healing process,

Which is dedicated to your heart only.

To begin with,

Take the time to settle down,

Find yourself a comfortable spot.

You can either lie down,

Sit down or even stand,

If you prefer.

You could do a walking meditation and simply let yourself be guided by my voice.

Choose whatever feels best and most healing for you at this time.

Take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

Do this again for three times,

Simply breathing in and breathing out.

Continue to follow your breath as it enters your body and follow it as it leaves again.

Observe the natural pathway of your breath through maybe you have been suffering from a loss recently or dealing with a difficult relationship you might have grown apart from someone who used to be close to you.

Maybe you recently broke up or you simply feel disconnected from yourself and your heart.

Whatever you are experiencing right now,

Let's move through it together.

Let's initiate healing and change together.

Let's use this practice to let go of what was,

Because when what is,

If you allow yourself to create it if you like to,

You can put one hand on your heart and start to breathe directly into your heart and through your heart.

Feel how your chest is making space with each breath you take.

Sometimes we forget to open up again after we feel hurt and we just get stuck there closed up.

Give yourself permission.

This is a safe space you created for yourself.

If it feels comforting to you,

Imagine yourself within a crystal clear healing light that affects you and defines your very own healing space.

I want you to think of it as if you are releasing old,

Stuck energy you take.

I want you to imagine up your chest and make space for healing energy to enter your heart.

Take a moment to simply feel how stuck belongs to you and your desires.

There may be feelings of grief,

Sadness,

Disappointment arising.

Take a moment to acknowledge whatever emotions come up for you.

Give yourself permission to no longer hold on to any of it.

You are in control of how you react to the circumstances in your life by yourself.

To let go source you.

Make space with every breath you take to inflate your heart.

Positive energy,

Forgiveness and trust to settle in deep roots within your heart.

If you like,

You can think about a thread that is connected to your heart.

If you follow this thread down into the middle,

Beautiful source.

However this source may look like an imagination,

It is there for you to nurture of its healing energies.

It's an endless source which you can connect with every breath you take.

Lastly,

Connect with this source and the thread that leads its healing energies directly to your heart.

It nurtures your body with love,

Self-compassion,

Forgiveness.

Simply stay there in yourself to open your heart,

Nurture yourself.

You deserve it.

You have the power to heal your life.

Allow yourself to step back into your power.

Connect with feelings that make you feel good.

Everything your heart is longing for into your life.

Let's set up an intention here together.

The intention of healing whatever needs to be healed physically and spiritually.

I am taking full responsibility to heal myself and in a safe space.

I give myself permission to heal.

Whenever you feel that you are ready,

You can slowly come back to the here and now.

Remember that healing is a process,

So you might want to come back to this meditation whenever you feel like you need to open your heart with the whole loving energy of my heart.
