Resilience Boost This meditation is designed to give you a quick resilience boost.
From time to time we can experience the need for that little extra strength supporting us in our daily life.
Take a moment to sit down and position yourself comfortably.
Become aware of your surrounding and when you feel ready you can close your eyes or leave them open if you prefer.
Start by asking yourself how do you feel in this precise moment?
Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed?
Do you feel tired or worn out?
Be aware that we all can experience these states of being and we are not alone with that.
Sometimes it may feel like all the burdens are over our shoulders and we need to carry them solely by ourselves.
In reality though we can choose what we decide to carry with us and what not.
In the next few minutes I invite you to simply follow my guidance and allow yourself to raise your energy.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Start by becoming aware of your thoughts.
What are you thinking at the moment?
Are you running through your to-do list?
Are there any tasks you still need to finish?
Is your mind restless?
If so,
Allow yourself to observe your thoughts which are most present at the moment.
When I say observe I want you to become conscious of what you are telling to yourself right now in this moment.
There is no right or wrong.
Simply listen to your thoughts but try to not connect with them.
Try to look at your thoughts from a bird perspective and watch them pass you by from above.
Whatever comes up,
Simply let it pass by.
Let it go.
Take another deep breath in and with your exhalation I want you to imagine to exhale all distress,
Worries or negative thoughts.
Inhale again and imagine a bright light entering into your body,
Spreading out inside of you.
Imagine this light to clean your body from the inside out.
Repeat to inhale this bright crystal light and exhale any should-haves,
Must-haves or need-tos.
Imagine how this light is filling your inside from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
The clean and bright light is moving freely and is cleaning all areas of your body.
Stay with this light.
When you feel that you are shining from the inside out,
Release that light.
Let it spread out around you,
Moving up and down,
Expanding around you and transforming into a bubble that is cocooning you.
You have now created your safe space.
Take another deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Imagine yourself floating within this bubble of light.
I invite you to repeat the following words after me,
Silently or in your own mind.
If you prefer you can also simply listen.
I am powerful.
I am strong.
I am in full control of my life.
I manage my life with ease.
I am capable of dealing with anything or anybody that I encounter today,
Tomorrow or any time in my life.
I access my own resources easily.
I make use of my own resources in the most effective and efficient ways.
I move forward effortlessly.
I embrace my own strength.
I approve of myself.
I am a being of great worth.
I trust in my endurance.
I am resilient.
Please stay with this for a moment.
In times of great challenges it is sometimes necessary to remind ourselves of our own power and resilience.
Become aware of your thoughts again.
Which thoughts are most present for you now?
Are you able to observe them?
Does your mind feel more tranquil now?
Is the speed of your thoughts maybe slower?
Again there is no right or wrong.
To observe what is happening within you.
Always remember that you are a strong and resilient being.
Give thanks to yourself for getting you through life's challenges.
Take one last deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.
Come back to this meditation whenever you are in need of a quick resilience boost.
Whenever you feel ready and in your own time you can open your eyes.
