Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else,
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Reconnecting back to this place within yourself that is always calm and balanced.
The place where you are always observing with a loving awareness.
Just like some days is filled with clouds,
Rain and stormy weather.
If you just go above these clouds,
There is always sunshine.
Just for a little moment,
We will go above all clouds,
Above all that weather and we stay a little bit in the sunshine,
Warming up our heart,
Recharging with this sunlight,
Regaining balance,
Regaining focus,
Spaciousness,
Strength to shine out from a loving awareness.
Staying in this observing quality from within yourself,
From the deepest place of yourself.
Observing any other experience that might be there.
You can imagine always having this sunshine upon yourself,
Warming you,
Allowing you to be this sunshine as well,
Becoming this light,
Shining on everything that is in your experience,
Transforming any darkness into light,
Casting rays of light into any corners where it's in the past have been dark.
There's nothing else to do than to just be this light and just cast this love and light onto your experience.
And in this moment,
We're not doing anything else than just casting this rays of light,
Love and presence towards all places of our being,
Allowing all of our being to bask in this lovely rays of light and love from ourself to ourself.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
