Today, we're dedicating this time to focus on those goals, but before we dive into the process, let's ensure our minds and bodies are fully prepared to visualise and plan.

Today,
We're dedicating this time to focus on those goals,
But before we dive into the process,
Let's ensure our minds and bodies are fully prepared to visualize and plan.
Begin by finding a place where you can sit or lie down without disturbances.
This should be a space where you feel at ease.
Once you have settled in,
Gently close your eyes.
It's ok if your mind starts to wander,
Just notice those thoughts and gently bring your focus back to your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feel your lungs expand,
Your ribcage rise and your belly inflate.
Count to three,
Then gently release the breath through your mouth.
As you breathe out,
Let go of any stress or tension you might be carrying with you.
Repeat this breathing cycle a few times.
With each inhalation,
Invite calmness and with each exhalation,
Release any burdens or worries.
Now,
Visualize a warm,
Gentle light starting from the top of your head.
This light is soothing,
Washing away any tightness or stress as it moves.
Feel it slowly descend,
Bringing relaxation to your forehead,
Your eyes and your cheeks.
Allow your jaw to relax,
Letting go of any clenching.
This serene light continues its journey down your neck,
Easing any stiffness.
Moving across your shoulders and down your arms.
It's as if with every inch it covers,
The light removes a weight you didn't know you were carrying.
Continue to breathe deeply and let this light flow down your torso,
Relaxing your chest,
Your back and your stomach.
Feel it move through your hips,
Your thighs,
All the way down to your feet.
By now,
Your entire body should be immersed in this calming,
Gentle light,
Feeling completely relaxed and at peace.
Remember,
This time is for you.
This is a safe space where you can set intentions,
Understand your desires and make a plan to reach them.
Now that your body and mind are at ease,
Let's transition our focus to the task of setting goals.
Clear,
Precise goals provide direction in life,
Acting like compass points,
Guiding us through our choices and actions.
We will now explore what you want to achieve and the steps needed to get there.
Imagine you are sitting at a desk with a blank piece of paper and a pen in front of you.
This paper represents the upcoming chapters of your life and the pen is the power you hold to write your story.
You have the power to decide what goes on to this paper.
Start by thinking about an area of your life where you feel the need for change or improvement.
It could be related to your personal growth,
Career,
Relationships,
Health or any other area that resonates with you.
Visualize it clearly in your mind.
What does it look like right now?
How would you like it to be different?
Now,
What is one specific goal you want to achieve in this area of your life?
Remember to be as precise as possible.
Instead of thinking,
I want to be healthier,
Perhaps you envision,
I want to incorporate a 30-minute walk into my routine three times a week.
Now,
Hold on to that goal in your mind.
Feel its importance and the positive changes it can bring to your life.
Breathe into it.
Acknowledge the commitment you're making to yourself.
Now,
Break this goal down into smaller,
Actionable steps.
For our earlier example,
The steps may be 1.
Researching safe walking routes near your home.
2.
Investing in comfortable walking shoes.
3.
Scheduling the walks in your home.
4.
Breaking it down,
The goal becomes more attainable and less daunting.
Each small step is a mini-victory that will build momentum and confidence.
Take a moment to visualize yourself successfully completing each of these steps.
Feel the sense of achievement.
Hear the words of encouragement you'd tell yourself.
Imagine the benefits and the positive changes it will bring into your life.
Remember,
While setting goals is essential,
It's equally important to be flexible.
Life is unpredictable and sometimes we need to adapt.
Having a clear goal doesn't mean being rigid,
