Welcome.
This is the Embodied Goddess,
A grounding somatic meditation for presence,
Confidence,
And inner steadiness.
This practice is not about fixing or striving.
It is an invitation to land fully in your body and feel supported from within.
You will be guided through posture,
Breath,
And subtle awareness.
There is nothing to do perfectly.
Simply listen and allow.
When you're ready,
Begin.
Welcome.
Take a moment to arrive,
Not just mentally,
But physically.
Notice the room around you,
The temperature of the air,
The support beneath your body.
If it feels right,
Soften or close the eyes.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove.
Bring your attention to where the body meets the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of your pelvis,
The backs of the thighs,
The heels or soles of the feet.
Allow gravity to hold you.
Let unnecessary effort soften.
Begin to feel the breath as a wave on the inhale.
Allow the belly to gently expand,
Then the ribs,
Then the chest.
On the exhale,
Feel the chest soften,
The ribs release,
The belly settle.
No counting,
Just sensation.
Sense the spine rising effortlessly from the weight of the pelvis,
Jaw unhinged,
Shoulders resting,
Belly soft.
Silently repeat in your own rhythm,
I am here.
If it feels supportive,
Allow the exhale to sigh gently out through the mouth.
Each exhale invites settling.
Each exhale signals yourself welcoming back home.
Very gently notice the sensation of comparison.
Not the story,
Just where it lives in the body.
Then return attention inward to breath and weight.
Silently repeat,
I am not in competition,
I am in expression.
Place one hand on the heart and one on the lower belly.
Inhale softly into the belly.
Exhale and feel warmth beneath your hands.
Silently repeat,
I take up space with ease.
Notice what it feels like to be fully here without reaching or withdrawing.
This is where magnetism lives,
Not in effort,
But in presence.
Silently repeat,
I enjoy what nourishes me.
Begin to notice the room again.
The steadiness you've created.
Thank yourself for taking this time.
You didn't become anything new.
You remembered yourself.
Carry this quality of presence with you as you return to your day.
