Touching Love Guided Meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.

Focus on your body,

Allowing your breath to be calm,

Your mind to be clear,

And your heart to be open.

Take a deep breath.

Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.

With the next inhalation,

Allow yourself to intuitively imagine being connected to an unlimited source of nourishment and love within you.

Allow whatever images,

Feeling,

Sensations,

Experiences to flow in around you.

Be aware of your physical body.

What is the experience of your body when you allow in the experience?

The experience of being connected to love and nourishment in this way.

When you are ready,

Take several deep breaths,

Returning to your body,

Stretching,

Moving,

Opening your eyes and writing down your experience in your journal.
