This practice is to help you tap into and connect to a deeper sense of gratitude for the beautiful vessel that is your body. To help you ground into stillness and feel deeper sense of love for all that your body does for you. This practice will also create a safe space to be mindful and bring about loving awareness to build deeper sense of self-love and gratitude for all that you are.

Hello all you amazing souls.

Welcome to another guided meditation hosted by myself Thalia.

It's now an honor and a privilege to be with you all today.

As we dive into deep deep gratitude.

And gratitude for the vessel that is our bodies,

Our wisdom keepers,

Our anchoring point in this three dimensional world that we live in.

We spend so much time hustling,

Bustling,

Neglecting our vessel,

Our bodies.

Whether that's through what we eat,

What we consume,

Living life full of anxiousness,

Living life from a place of fear.

We override the beauty,

The love that goes deep down inside.

So I guide you and invite you to get into a comfortable position in this moment.

Whether that's sitting down,

Laying down,

Wherever you may be,

Placing your feet on the ground,

Your palms up.

And just being present,

Bringing your attention to your breath in this moment,

Breathing in deeply into your nose and out through your mouth.

And with each inhale,

Bringing in a deeper sense of peace,

Calm,

Presence and releasing any fear,

Any thoughts taking away from this moment and releasing that out through your breath.

And I want us now just to take a deep scan of our bodies.

I want you to place your attention now on your feet,

Wherever they are resting against,

Whatever they're being supported by,

The earth beneath you.

And just bringing your awareness to your toes,

Maybe wiggling your toes around,

Your feet,

Focusing on your feet,

Your ankles.

And just sending so much love and gratitude to this part of your body,

Breathing into the space,

Imagining the air that you're breathing in,

Coming in through your nose,

Filtering down,

Down,

Down into your belly,

Into your hips,

Your thighs,

Down over your knees,

Your core,

Into your feet,

Giving this part of your body so much love,

Gratitude for every step that it takes,

Moving you one step closer to all you were meant to be and breathing this all in and releasing all that no longer serves.

There you go.

And now moving your attention to your calves,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Sending so much love,

Gratitude,

Sending this from your breath,

From your inhale,

Sending this loving energy into your legs,

Focusing now on your thighs,

Bringing your full awareness and your attention to your legs for holding you up straight,

For taking each step,

For pumping blood in the way that it does,

For walking,

For standing,

For laying down,

Sitting,

For all the marvelous things that allows you to do the movement that allows you to do.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Now placing your attention on your hip space,

Your hips,

Your lower back and feeling into any sensations in this area,

Allowing yourself to be anchored and rooted into this moment,

Feeling the energy from beneath you,

The support of the seat beneath you,

Knowing that you are fully supported in this human experience,

No matter what you are going through,

You were made for this moment,

For today.

And bringing in that breath,

Breathing in and sending that love,

That energy into the root of your body,

Your lower back,

Sending that love,

Sending that gratitude to this amazing part of your body that keeps you up straight,

Grounds you into every moment,

Into any tension or stiffness,

Just been focusing,

Sending love,

Releasing all the tension and thanking this area of your body.

And as you move into your sacral area,

The area just below your belly button,

Your area of love,

Creation,

Shedding,

Birth,

Whether that's birthing a human,

Birthing a project,

I just want you to connect to this created center,

The center of creation that lives in everyone,

Male and female,

Bringing your awareness to the space,

Placing your hand on this beautiful,

Divine space in your body and connecting palm to sacral and sending love with this breath that you will send down to this area,

Creating life,

Creating creation and creating gratitude.

There you go,

Beautiful.

And releasing all that no longer serves and calling in inspiration,

Gratitude,

Creation.

And as you move to the area just above your belly button,

Your solar plexus,

Area of full power,

Alignment,

Love,

Keeping you up straight,

Tapping into the divine possibilities that's waiting for you,

Being confident,

Excited,

Sending this area of your body so much love for all that it does for you,

For all that your organs do for you,

Keeping you moving and grooving through life.

Beautiful.

And as we move into our heart space,

Think of our ribs that protect our hearts,

Think of how each muscle,

Each blood vessel,

Each cell gets pumped out,

Blood moves,

Air moves through us.

And just be so grateful for all that your heart does for you,

Placing your hand onto your heart,

Connecting palm to heart,

Sending this beautiful healing energy,

Healing love,

Compassion,

Kindness that emanates from this area,

Knowing that you are divinely supported,

Provided for.

And love is always the answer.

Tapping into this wisdom center,

Just feeling into what is alive for you today in this space.

What does your heart want to say to you in this moment?

Releasing all anxiety or stress,

Holding you back from tapping into yourself.

Feeling your power,

Feeling your worthiness and feeling the love.

And may this love and gratitude fall into your entire being,

Your vessel.

As you're moving to your shoulders,

Releasing any tension,

Dropping your shoulders away from your ears,

Elongating your body,

Your neck,

Your back,

Expanding your chest,

Being proud to be present,

Being proud to be here,

And sending so much love to this beautiful vessel,

Your body.

And as you're moving to your throat,

Feel into this area,

Thanking this area,

Your voice box,

Allowing you to speak up,

Stand up and to honor your truth.

Knowing that your voice is so powerful and you get to be heard,

No longer need to hide and run away.

You're riddled with fear.

People need to hear you and people get to see you.

And most importantly,

You get to hear and see yourself,

Creating more confidence,

Greater ease and trust,

Honoring every word with every action.

Moving into your face,

Dropping your jaw,

Your cheekbones,

Your forehead,

Just being present with your beautiful face,

Your eyes that see,

Your nose that smells,

Your ears that listen,

Your taste buds that taste,

Invoking and feeling into all your senses,

Thanking each one that works so beautifully and cohesively.

Bringing your attention out to your fingers,

Your arms,

Thanking each part of your beautiful body,

Thanking this part of your body for moving,

For touching,

For feeling,

For being partly connected to this beautiful vessel that you are.

And breathe us all in,

Sending loving awareness and gratitude to your entire being,

To your arms,

Your face and every sense that works.

Moving to the crown of your head now,

Thanking your mind for keeping you safe,

Your brain that works,

Thanking this beautiful programming that you'll never fully be able to understand.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

And connecting now to this God energy,

The ultimate source of love and light,

Your creator in the heavens,

Connecting to this bigger source of love that's bigger than you,

That's always looking out for you,

Thanking God for everything that it does for you,

Provides for you and for creating you so beautifully and uniquely with each intricate detail divinely orchestrated to keep you moving,

To keep you going and to keep you flourishing,

Showing up and connected.

And I want you now just to imagine this bright light shining from the heavens above,

Cascading over your entire body in a beautiful,

Iridescent bright color that brings you a sense of safety,

Connectedness and love,

Knowing that you are fully protected in this bubble of love.

And may you show up and shine in every space,

In every challenge that comes your way,

Knowing that you have everything you need placed beautifully and precisely where it needs to be in your beautiful vessel.

May each word you speak bring love and life into another and into yourself.

May each action you take come from your heart to spread kindness and may each way you show up for yourself,

For your body and for the greater good be led by your heart,

Be led by love.

And with this we finish this meditation just blanketing ourselves in deep,

Deep gratitude for this human experience,

Feeling everything and loving everything and trusting everything.

And breathing this all in and releasing out through your mouth.

Just feeling into what your body feels like in this moment as you allow all of this just to settle,

To anchor in.

What a gift it is to be in your body.

And I want you to bring your awareness back into the space that you are in,

Maybe adding some movement into your body,

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes,

Your shoulders around and gently bringing your gaze back into the space,

Noticing what you see,

Slowly coming back into this moment.

And I'm sending you so much love for the rest of your day.

I know you can always come back to this moment whenever you need,

A reminder just how amazing you are.
