Hello and welcome to another meditation guided by me Thalia.

Thank you for being with me today and taking out this amazing time just to connect deeper to yourself.

As we explore the ideas around accepting and believing fully present and accepting all of you in this moment.

You're trying to run away,

Escape,

Change,

Shift,

Just being present.

Invite you now to take a deep inhale in through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.

Another beautiful inhale in through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.

I want you now just to find a beautiful space,

Sitting down or laying down,

Whatever may feel comfortable to you in this moment.

I want you to feel your feet play firmly on the ground,

Wherever you may be laying or resting it on.

And just feel the support beneath you,

Knowing you are so safe in this moment.

Breathing all in through your nose,

Releasing out through your mouth.

I want you to feel into your body in this moment.

What do you feel alive right now?

What sensations?

How does your body feel in this moment?

Not trying to change anything and just bringing your awareness down to any tension,

Any soreness,

Any pain,

Any openness,

Any ease,

Peace.

And allowing everything just to be as it is in this moment.

And as you place your attention on the space or spaces of your body,

I want you to feel it.

Notice what this feels like.

Not trying to create a story around the pain or the feelings,

Just allowing it just to be.

Breathing into that space in your body with each inhale,

Sending breath,

Sending life to this area of your body.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And I want you now just to place your focus on your external body,

Your legs that walk,

Your feet,

Your thighs,

Your back,

Your stomach,

Your chest,

Your throat,

Your head,

Your arms,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your entire body.

Just scanning through your entire body and just accepting each part of your body as it is in this moment.

Oftentimes we want to change,

Nitpick,

Criticize.

We don't take enough time just to be and accept what is.

And breathing this all in through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.

You are blessed with this beautiful vessel that does so much for you.

And just feel that gratitude,

Feel that acceptance in this moment.

Not bringing in any shame or guilt for anything that you've done to your body this day or over the history of your life.

Just letting that all go and just being present in this moment,

Accepting it for what it is.

Feeling that it gets to do exactly what it needs in every moment.

And breathing that all in,

Releasing out through your mouth.

I want you now just to bring your awareness to your emotional body.

How do you feel emotionally in this moment?

Have you just woken up,

Still feeling tired,

Groggy?

Have you had a full day feeling a little bit tired or exhausted?

Just bringing your awareness to your emotional body.

Again,

Not trying to change or shift anything.

Just allowing all the feelings to be present.

And breathing this all in through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.

Oftentimes we shame our emotions.

We don't allow it to just be present.

We don't give ourselves time just to feel.

Your opportunity in this moment to just feel what's alive.

If you feel any sadness,

Grief,

Pain,

Disappointment,

Anger,

Fear,

Anxiety.

Just allow it to be there.

All is welcome.

You are so safe to feel.

And we allow ourselves just to feel it all.

From a place of neutrality,

Not judging anything and accepting what is.

And I want you now just to place your attention or your awareness on other emotions.

Maybe there's a sense of peace,

More ease as you relax more into this practice.

Gratitude,

Love,

Joy.

Knowing that you can welcome those emotions into.

Not trying to change or force anything.

If you feel it,

Allow it to be felt.

If it's not present,

That's totally fine too.

Remembering to breathe gently in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Just giving yourself permission to feel.

All emotions are just energy,

Emotion.

They're not good,

They're not bad.

They just want to be felt.

When they move through you,

They no longer have power over you.

Now I want you to bring your awareness to your mind.

How does your mind feel in this moment?

Notice all the thoughts that's buzzing around.

Just noticing them pause by,

Not attaching to any specific thought.

And when you feel your mind wandering,

Just bring yourself back to my voice.

Bring yourself back to this practice.

Bring yourself back to your breath.

And allowing all the thoughts just to be there again.

Not changing anything,

Not shifting anything,

Not trying to fix anything.

Just accepting the busyness of your thoughts.

And through connecting to your mental pillar,

Your emotional pillar and your body pillar.

Making a connection,

Linking these three areas together.

Your mind,

Body and soul.

Just feeling connected in this moment.

Feel the sense of just accepting what is.

Accepting all of you.

All parts of you get to be loved.

Get to be seen and get to have a voice.

We don't always have to listen to every thought,

Every emotion.

We just get to feel it and acknowledge that they're there.

That it's present.

And you get to love it.

And breathing the soul in gently through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.

Just feel what your body feels like now in this moment.

Feel if you feel more relaxed,

More at ease.

If anything has shifted for you.

Again,

Not from a place of force,

But from a place of ease.

Giving yourself permission,

Knowing that it's totally okay to feel,

To shift,

To move through everything at all moments of your day.

We have a beautiful ability to evolve organically,

Authentically.

If we just slow down enough to feel,

Releasing all fears,

Attachments to why we feel the way we do and just accepting all of it.

Breathing that all in gently through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.

And I want you now just to place your hand on your heart.

Feel your heart beating in this moment.

Feeling what your heart feels like right now.

And if it feels okay and comfortable to you,

Saying these words out loud,

I am safe to feel and I'm safe to accept all of me.

I am safe to feel and I'm safe to accept all of me.

I am safe to feel and I'm safe to accept all of me.

And when you're ready,

I want you to start to bring your awareness back into the space that you are seated in.

Maybe adding some movement to your feet,

To your toes,

To your fingers,

Moving your body in whatever way it feels good as you wake it back up.

And gently start to flicker your eyes open and bring your awareness back into the space that you are in.

And know that you can come back to this practice at any moment in your day when you feel the need to connect deeper to yourself.
