Zhi became in touch with Vipassana meditation as a young Buddhist. Over the years, he has been using mindfulness and breathwork techniques to calm the mind, and deal with personal forms of anxiety. Zhi wanted to record these guided meditations not only as a way to help himself with what works best for his anxiety, but more importantly for everyone needing to decompress, unplug and reconnect with the peace within.
