Silence: Beyond the Mind is a guided meditation to quiet the constant noise of thought and emotion, leading you into the still space within. In this practice, we focus on creating inner calm by softening the activity of the heart and mind, allowing peace to become the natural ground of your being. It’s an invitation to rest in that silence that is always present, no matter what is happening around you. This session also explores the concepts of space and time — experiences that seem so real in the mind, yet arise from the vast nothingness beneath them. By connecting with this silence, you begin to sense that what you truly are is not bound by thought, feeling, space, or time. It’s a journey into a deeper freedom, where peace is no longer something you search for, but something you recognize as already here.

Okay,

So again welcome to everybody.

So it's beautiful that we can meet together and share a space of peace.

Obviously there's a lot of wars in many places on this planet.

But first of all we must make sure that there is no war inside our heart,

Inside our mind.

So we're dedicating this meditation to make sure that that space within us,

Which is our first responsibility and sometimes it's the only place we can make sure there is peace,

It is really in peace.

And I'd like to dedicate this meditation to the concept of space and time and the silence.

Space and time are existing in the mind and they're coming from nothing.

The same is silence.

Okay,

So when we're connecting to silence immediately we're connecting to the source.

But as we're living in a human form we must connect to the stillness,

To the silence.

We must connect to the space and not only to the objects.

An object is of course what is all around us,

But objects are also emotions,

Are also thoughts,

Even energy is an object.

Okay,

And they're all appearing in space.

And they're all appearing in silence.

So when we're acknowledging space and silence,

Then we're connecting to where everything comes from and going back to and actually existing within space and silence.

Let's start by paying attention to the silence between in-breath and out-breath.

That pose that allows us to to pose between movement and to connect to that stillness before another cycle starts.

Just observe that sacred place when something is posing before something else is starting.

And pay attention to the space and the silence it offers you.

And then let's pay attention to space and silence between thoughts.

Awareness is not a thought.

Awareness is the most subtle aspect of what we can call the mind.

But it's not really the mind.

It's what observes the mind and in that way it's connected to the mind.

But it's not the mind.

So the sense of being equals silence,

Equals space.

And that's exactly what we feel and what we experience between one thought to another.

Let's just pay attention.

Now let's pay attention to the space surrounding our body.

Yeah,

If you are with closed eyes you don't need to open your eyes.

You just acknowledge that you're sitting inside space.

And try to feel the space.

Space is considered empty but actually it's so vital and vibrant.

And then let's pay attention to silence between sounds that are around us.

Really listen carefully to the silence.

And now let's pay attention within ourself.

And just check if there's anything within our body,

Within our emotions,

That doesn't feel comfortable.

Maybe there's some tension in the physical body or tension in the emotions.

And then once you're recognizing anything anywhere,

Acknowledge it.

But acknowledge the space surrounding that tension.

So if you have a tiny headache,

For example,

Don't focus on the headache.

Focus on the space around the headache.

And as wide as the space that you are focusing on,

The transformation of the tension will be faster,

More pronounced and profound.

We're acknowledging infinite space.

We're acknowledging home.

We're allowing the best conditioning for our system to be at peace.

Every cell,

Every organ,

Molecule and atom,

They crave peace,

They crave silence,

They crave space.

By acknowledging space and ideally infinite space,

We're allowing life to manifest,

To grow,

To evolve,

To harmonize.

Space and matter,

They're actually two sides of the same coin.

One cannot exist without the other.

One existing because of the other.

So if all our attention is focused on something and not including the nothing,

Then we're bound to suffer.

So as we're meditating,

We're learning to acknowledge space and silence as part of the manifested.

And that's what we're doing right now.

We're acknowledging the infinite space,

Which is all around us,

It's inside us,

And it's actually us.

So the awareness,

Which is infinite,

Is acknowledging in the same time infinity and the manifestation.

In the same time,

It's not either-or,

In the same time.

Try to hold your awareness in this way,

Being aware of your human manifestation in the same time of the infinite manifestation,

Which is you,

Exactly the same.

And in that infinite space,

Allow tension to dissolve,

Tension that's being accumulated out of the separation,

Out of the stagnation of being only identifying with the material,

With the something,

With the manifested.

And let's say,

Allow the heart center to soften into the unmanifested.

Let's allow the heart center to again express its infinity.

Invite your heart center to open up completely.

And don't do it as if you are inside your body and then outside the space,

And you're pushing the heart energy out.

Not like this.

You are everything.

You are the whole creation.

Your consciousness is infinite.

And you're inviting in that infinity,

Which you are,

Synchronization between excess and deficiency,

Everything harmonizing.

Then let's bring the awareness into our nervous system.

If you have any level of nervousness,

Level of anxiety,

Any general discomfort in your body,

Again,

The same,

Exactly the same,

Try to map it,

To recognize it as general as possible.

And then by acknowledging your infinite being,

Call that nervousness to synchronize.

Then let's go to the lower part of the base chakra,

Second chakra,

In the pelvic floor and the lower abdomen,

And invite those parts as well to synchronize with the whole creation.

Every part of your being is in complete communication of Source,

Is breathing freely with Source.

Then let's go to the area of the forehead,

Or any other part of your head,

Of your brain.

If you feel any tension in that area,

As well,

Invite it to synchronize with the whole creation,

As the whole creation.

This is the biggest shift human being going through in its life.

When we realize that our consciousness is who we are,

And it's infinite.

When we stop being only this person,

And we realize that awareness that sees everything is who you are,

And it's infinite,

It's boundless.

As much as we're holding this state of being,

As much of our system feels better,

Can revert back to harmony,

Can harmonize tension,

And maybe will less go into tension.

Each one of us has its own unique psychological pattern,

Coming from upbringing,

From ancestral lineage,

From previous lifetimes,

A lot,

A lot,

A lot of information,

Data is stored in this system of human being,

And that pulls us all the time all over the place.

But once we realize the truth of who we are,

We can always harmonize all these pullings and tensions,

So this is essential.

So,

Let's acknowledge that we are here,

A beautiful community of like-minded sisters and brothers,

That we're sharing the same path.

And it's obvious that not all of us feeling great in the same time or always,

And it's so beautiful that we can support each other,

Support by being part of a community,

And support by acknowledging the presence of each other.

And in this moment,

We can visualize that we are sharing or creating a circle,

And in this circle,

We are aiming at supporting each other to raise into the highest vibration possible,

Into complete unity.

So,

Visualize that you are part of this circle,

And allow yourself to receive and to offer these blessings of unity.

When we visualize this circle,

It's very important that all of us will actually do that,

And like this,

We're creating that reality of that circle of light beings.

And if you pay attention right now,

Because most of us are visualizing this,

We feel different,

I feel different.

I feel that I get a lot of love and light,

And I'm the same sharing it.

And even if you're listening to this meditation as a recording,

This state is beyond time and space,

It's forever.

So,

That space is always here and now,

And you're welcome to join anytime.

Anytime.

And to this beautiful circle of love and light and healing,

Let's invite those that we know that they are suffering at this moment,

And they can use a lot of healing so they as well can feel better in any aspect.

Beautiful.

Blessing to everybody.

Have a beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful life.

Bye-bye.
