A warm welcome from Kenya to wherever you are on this planet. Welcome to this intuitive practice that's all about activating your knowing about your essential lightness as an ever-present source that allows you to stay true, Light and at ease, Even if you're encountering heavy weighing obstacles in your life. So this practice will invite you to experience the truth that it's never an either or, That you never have to choose between lightness and being truly connected to deep emotions and everyday life challenges. So if you're ready, Find the position that's most comfortable for you right now and let's begin. Okay, Hello there you are and thank yourself for creating this time out of your busy day dedicating yourself to your light, Growth and well-being. Find gratitude for yourself as you consciously connect to your breath. This life-giving force that's always in the present moment. Breathe and just check in with yourself. How are you here today? How are you feeling? How's your body feeling? And remember not to judge. Acknowledge yourself with all there is and with every breath create space for what there is. Sometimes we want to immediately make things go, Let tensions disappear and sometimes it's easier to let them go if you first allow them to be, To expand what is there. So create space for feelings, Emotions, Tensions. What is there? Maybe you've been impatient with yourself lately. Maybe you've created a lot of expectations towards yourself. Okay. So if you take a moment, How are you feeling underneath all this? What's your body, Your system, Signaling you, Telling you? Listen as you breathe. Listen and acknowledge yourself and with every breath allow gentleness to be. Inhale gentleness and with your exhale send it towards yourself through your whole body. Gentleness, There you are and there's nothing you need to do right now. And see the earth is supporting you, Generously taking everything that flows out of you, Out of the soles of your feet, Transforming any negativity into neutral energies and offering you this loving grounding flow, That flow you can never fall out of. This quality that knows you're exactly where you need to be. You are loved unconditionally. So take her offer of unconditional love and safety in and with every breath that fills you with the gentleness release all that no longer serves you. You are safe, You are loved, You are wanted. Remember and see what's the effect on your body as you connect to the earth. You might want to ground your heart space by connecting it to the center of the planet or any other chakra or area inside your body. Follow what is true and supporting for you right now. There's no right or wrong. Okay. And from here I'm inviting you to connect to the cosmos. And my suggestion is here that you visualize this cosmic flow entering your unique sun, That shining sun above your head and from there entering your body through your head flowing down the spine, Meeting the grounding energy in your hips and going back to the cosmos. And again, That's just a suggestion. Please follow your very own perception. You know exactly how your cosmic flow, Your cosmic connection looks like today. So which color is it made of today? So see that golden or whatever color it is for you. See that refreshing flow filling you with unconditional freedom, Activating that knowledge in you that there's nothing you cannot do, Nothing you cannot be when staying connected to your truth, Your essence that's vibrating in the sun above your head. So feel yourself and flow and perceive your unique color, Your essence that's vibrating in that energy field, That sun above your head. So what do you feel or what do you know, What do you see? You have different channels of perception. What is your color of today? And trust yourself even if it's just a spark of a color, Make it big. Let the quality of this spark flow with the cosmic flow into your system. Expand it and let it also expand in your whole sun, Letting go of any distracting or discoloring unclear colors from your sun. Allow yourself to make it of you and fully of yourself, Of your color. Any your color that's just a translation of your frequency, Your unique frequency of your unique light and truth. So flow, Expand and let everything go out of your system, Any beliefs or restricting energies that tell you it's better not to shine too bright, That it's dangerous to connect to your own truth, That you're only loved when not too much connected to your light. We all collect these kind of beliefs as we grow up. So how do you perceive them, Know them, Feel them? You might see them in gray or unclear colors. Okay, Acknowledge and let them go. Let the cosmic and the grounding flow support you to stay in motion, To let go and to more and more become the bright shining light that you are. Shine your lightness and perceive the effect on your body as you connect more and more to that lightness, To that frequency where you are home, Where you perceive yourself as a whole from a point of perspective that's ever whole, Light and in alignment with your truth. And breathe. How does this make you feel? And maybe you remember this feeling, You remember situations when you feel or felt completely connected to this lightness of yours. So you might want to connect this feeling, This frequency to a picture that supports you, Maybe of your favorite natural place or favorite song, Something that really makes you feel connected to your lightness. You know where and how to find it, It's of you. Beautiful. Where you are shining, Flowing, Being light in connection with the cosmos, The earth and your whole self. Beautiful. So spoken from my truth, Truly integrated and lifts spirituality doesn't mean that our lives will only be light and love. I believe in our ability to truly feel every bit of life, Even if that means frustration, Anger, Fear, Anxiety, Trauma or other challenges life brings our way. And we can learn to at the same time be connected to our light, Our lightness, This unique frequency that is essentially ours, The frequency where our unique light can vibrate freely and where we always find the quality of unconditional freedom and stability in what we are. So beautiful spirit in a human body, I'm inviting you now to fly a little bit, To fly out of your body and see yourself from like two to three meters above your head. And breathe. You are safe. So see yourself there, Spirit, Body, Human. See the connection to the earth. See your sun above your head shining and see yourself in this state of being fully connected to that lightness within you in connection to your sun, Your light and truth, To that color or that picture you created, That flow, That feeling, Perceive, Breathe. There you are. And then I'm inviting you to zoom a little bit out and see yourself in your environment. See you on the earth in your life, Connected to your lightness, Your sun and to the energies around you. You might identify particular persons that play a role in your life or you might perceive just the general collective net of humanity you're part of or maybe of a more local community. Whatever you see, Trust yourself, The colors, The knowings, The feelings, Take it for real. And then as you are there connected to your lightness in your environment, Visualize a moment when the outside offers you an energy that makes you fall out of your lightness. We are offered energies in every moment and sometimes we decide to match with them, To believe them and sometimes not, Depending on what we want to learn next. That's what we do. We are humans. So see that energy that's offered to you from the outside. You might see it in a specific color or dynamic. What do you see? It might be from a particular person, Colleague, Friend, Family or it might more be a collective energy and see you are matching on that energy and you are losing your lightness. Breathe and see what is that energy about. So what's the offer? What's the picture you're matching with? Yeah, It might be about safety like you are not safe if your life doesn't look like this or that. Or it might be about not enoughness like you are not giving enough, You are not proving enough. Or is it about a condition in order to be loved like if you are not doing this, You don't deserve love. What is it for you? Or is it a collective picture that goes around disconnection from nature, From bodies and souls? Whatever it is for you, Trust your perception, Trust these pictures. And of course these pictures, Beliefs, They don't have to be verbally communicated. Mostly they are not. But this doesn't mean that we don't perceive and believe them or try to handle them on an energy level. So whatever energy you are encountering there, See what happens when you allow it into your system. Just observe and breathe. See yourself down there. Maybe you see where exactly it enters your system, Which chakra or simply which area of your body, Front, Back, Heart space, Your head, Your sun. Breathe. You are safe. And if necessary, Remind yourself to take the distance to zoom out in order to see clearly. And from there see what happens to your connection, To your light, To your lightness, To your sun, To that color, That knowing. What do you see? Is it like cut off? Or is the new color coming in from outside making yours to be not visible, To be unclear? Is your heart space closing, Closing itself? Your earth or cosmic connection being distracted, What do you see? What do you perceive? Breathe and trust. Okay. You are matching. It's offered and you are allowing it to enter your system. You are allowing it to lower your frequency. So just breathe. That's okay. You are human. So if judgments arise, Breathe and remember the gentleness, Forgiveness and compassion. You are, And you are learning, You are growing. So connect again to that underlying belief picture that was offered to you. Like you're not enough or you're not safe. And then let the visualization show you where in your system do you believe that energy? Where do you believe that offer to be true and to be more true than your own truth? Because that's what's happening. We allow energies to take over our own frequency and truth if we believe them. So even if mentally you can't agree with these beliefs, Just see, Just perceive where in your system do you still acknowledge their truth? You might see it in a color, In a color that's in your body. It's just giving you a clear feedback. Okay. Breathe. And from up above there, I'm inviting you now to ask yourself in that picture, In that visualization, What do you need in order to reconnect to your truth, To your lightness, To your sun? And let it be simple. It might be a color, A quality like trust, Like self-love, Like forgiveness. Whatever it is, Let this quality flow through you from the cosmos, Through your sun, Filling your whole system. Right. And as you make peace with that energy that you allow to enter your system, To discolor your light, See it flowing out of your system, See it flowing into the earth or going back to where it came from. You can move energies. You don't need to hold them. So treat yourself, Heal yourself. For a moment you mistrusted your truth. That's human. So breathe and acknowledge you are growing and see what do you need in order to stay in your light and to perceive these offers of energies from the outside. Yeah. It's not about disconnecting yourself from the outside. It's about staying connected to feel maybe pain or fear when perceiving them, But to still remember that you can stay in your lightness and acknowledging these energies from outside. They are there, But they are not who you are. They are there, But you don't have to believe them. You don't have to take them in. And if you do, You can let them out again. So support yourself. What do you need in order to stay in your truth, Connected to that sun above your head, Your unique color, Your lightness, That essence. Without elevating yourself, Without judging the outside, Remember it's unconditional love. It's an offer and you are free to take it. You can be connected and choose to stay in your light to give the offer of light in unconditional freedom. You are beautiful. There you are. Perceive yourself, Your sun, Your color, And let it fill your system, Your body. And where you still find pieces of the outside energy that triggered you, Don't push. Be patient with yourself and continue flowing your truth. And let your light take all the colors, All the energies out of your system that are not your truth, That don't support your sun in shining. Unconditional freedom for you and for everyone. There you are. Beautiful. Beautiful shining light, Making an offer to the outside to shine as well. Okay. And slowly in your own time and pace, Sail back down to this body of yours. Stick in your body by breathing deeply. Find yourself in that physical space you are in, All connected to the earth, To this beautiful body you've created, To the cosmos, And to your sun, Your light, Your truth. Lightness, That's what you are and what you can always reconnect to. Breathe. You are light.
