Welcome to your today's cup of growth that's all about caring for yourself.

Our lives often don't seem to leave us a lot of space to attend to our inner needs.

And self-care has been misunderstood as selfishness in many of our societies for a long time.

So this practice is giving you the opportunity to grow by reclaiming the care for yourself,

Your needs,

And thus to offer a more peaceful being towards others.

So if you are ready,

Take the position that's most comfortable to you today and let's begin.

Okay and just start by breathing in and out.

The simplest way to signal your body,

Your mind,

Your system that it's time to relax.

You've given yourself the gift to take this time and space out of your busy schedule to do something good and healing for yourself.

So as you breathe,

Thank yourself for allowing this space to be.

And take note what is there today inside of you.

How is your breath going?

Deep and calm?

Or do you find restriction inside your body,

Tensions?

Okay,

Don't judge.

Acknowledge what is there you are.

And how are you feeling?

Are there any emotions inside of you that ask for attention?

Okay,

Then take that moment.

Maybe your day asked for a different focus and you weren't able to attend to your emotional world.

Okay,

Now is the time.

So breathe deeply and connect to your inner self.

What do you find?

As the excitement,

Fear,

Pain,

Anxiety or joy that didn't have permission to be expressed fully,

You may find pressure and tension.

Then take a moment to breathe into these specific areas of your body.

Where are you holding tension?

And allow yourself to get gentle.

Invite gentleness to flow into your system from the cosmos into your head,

Your body,

Filling you from within.

How do you perceive that flow?

Which color is it made of?

And believe yourself.

Trust what you perceive.

And let this flow of gentleness fill you from above.

Entering your head flowing through your spine.

Filling your chest,

Your heart space,

Your solar plexus,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet.

Gentleness.

And watch this flow as it automatically finds its way to these areas in your body,

Your system where you're holding energies.

Our body is so unique that it is able to store energies,

Emotions,

Information inside ourselves.

And sometimes we forget about our spiritual ability to see and release them.

Gentleness.

With every breath create space inside your body.

Feel the energy moving inside of you and flowing out of you into the earth or in a circle back to the cosmos.

Whatever is true for you today.

Releasing everything out of your body that doesn't serve you anymore.

Okay,

Get soft,

Get gentle.

And what do you need in order to truly allow yourself that gentleness within yourself?

It's not easy since the world around us is mostly not asking us to be gentle with ourselves.

So be patient with yourself.

You're exactly where you need to be.

And ask yourself which quality might support you in allowing gentleness to be.

Maybe it's a color,

Maybe it's a quality like trust,

Compassion,

Humor,

Forgiveness.

And then treat yourself,

Invite this energy into your system,

Filling you,

Supporting you.

Breathe.

There you are.

Spirit in a human body in this wonderful act of self-care.

You are.

And remember no pressure.

It's your pace,

Your rhythm.

There's no right or wrong.

Just your own journey.

So breathe,

Flow,

Create more and more space for what is there,

Feelings,

Energies.

And feel your feet on the ground.

The soles of your feet,

These gates to your connection with Mother Earth,

Your home.

And what's the effect on you as you connect consciously to your grounding connection to the earth?

That safe connection you can never fall out of.

How do you perceive it?

See that flow coming from the center of the earth,

Entering the soles of your feet,

Flowing through your legs,

Knees,

Reaching your hips,

Your pelvis around your first chakra.

Then climbing your upper body,

Reaching and filling your heart,

And going back along your spine down to the earth.

And that's just a suggestion.

Follow your truth.

Follow what you see,

What you feel,

What you know.

Okay.

And breathe into that connection that invites you to let go everything that is not an unconditional freedom with yourself.

Anything that is judgment,

Perfectionistic energies,

Expectations.

Everything inside of you that is telling you about not being enough or too much,

About that you are not there yet.

Okay.

Breathe out and flow.

Let go.

You are safe at all times and you are carried and you are loved.

And if you don't find this as a truth in yourself,

Ask the earth to support you,

To tell you everything about you being a wanted child,

Unconditionally loved at all times.

So breathe,

Perceive,

And flow out of what's trying to tell you differently.

Unconditional love.

Right,

There you are.

Sacred human,

Woman,

Man,

Or human beyond gender.

Perceive yourself.

Connected to the cosmic flow of gentleness,

To the grounding flow of unconditional love to your body,

Your breath,

Your heart space,

And whichever of these suggested qualities seem to be most supportive for you right now,

Most present,

Make it bigger.

Make it flow stronger.

Make it fill your body and especially make it fill your heart space.

You might want to touch your heart space,

Your chest physically,

Acknowledging yourself with all there is.

Breathe and remember you are whole at all times.

Breathe out.

Okay,

Beautiful.

Now I'm inviting you to visualize a white screen some meters in front of you,

In front of your inner eye.

A white screen.

And you want to make sure it's created outside your system,

Outside your aura.

To make it easier for you,

You can place a flower or another supporting symbol for you in between you and the white screen.

Just to remember,

To remind you that you're just looking at something,

Something that has to do with you,

But that is not you.

You are here,

Connected,

Breathing,

And you're watching something on that screen.

So when you are ready,

See a situation on that white screen from today or the past days and weeks where you felt you didn't care for your needs the way you wish to do.

And these needs might be physical,

Emotional,

Mental.

Maybe you didn't eat well or you didn't get enough rest.

Or you mingled with people that you know are not supportive to you.

Maybe you said yes instead of no.

Maybe you overloaded yourself with something.

So what is it for you?

See the situation on the screen and give that hello to what you see,

That neutral yet loving appreciation of the whole being you are with all there is.

Hello,

I see you.

Okay,

So see what is the need that you had but you didn't attend to?

What is the need?

Is it slowing down,

Rest,

A walk in the park?

Or maybe meeting friends instead of sticking to your studies?

What is the need?

Okay.

Hello.

And then see how did your system tell you that you didn't attend to this need well?

So how did you know that you ignored a need?

Is it a physical symptom?

Is it anger towards yourself and then most probably towards others?

Is it impatience?

And fulfilment or fatigue?

What is it?

Yeah,

Our body,

Our emotional system speaks to us very clearly about the needs that are there.

Sometimes we don't listen but we can learn to listen again,

Learn to read the signs.

Okay,

Acknowledge what you see.

And if you find yourself judging yourself now for what you did or didn't do,

Come back to yourself.

Come back to the present flows of gentleness,

Of unconditional love.

To your breath,

To the connection to your heart and that knowing that you are whole at all times.

Breathe and take a moment,

Invite lightness,

Humour,

That always helps.

You are human,

Remember and that's what humans do.

That's what makes the beauty of growth.

So connect back to the white screen,

To the situation.

And then let the screen show you what became impossible for you on the outside due to not attending to your own needs first.

What became impossible for you on the outside?

Was it a gentle way of being with the humans around you?

My colleagues,

Friends,

Partner.

Maybe you weren't able to find compassion for something that happened around you.

Maybe you didn't find patience.

Or maybe you weren't able to listen well to your friend's story although you wanted to.

So what is it for you?

What became impossible for you on the outside due to that unfulfilled need inside of you?

Okay,

Hello.

It is.

Nothing to judge,

Remember.

Yeah,

The outside is always such a clear mirror of our inside and if we acknowledge it,

We allow growth.

So acknowledge what you see.

If feelings arise,

Breathe.

Allow them to be and remind yourself of the supportive energies that surround you.

Unconditional love,

Gentleness.

You are safe and you are whole.

Okay.

And then see the picture,

The situation again and ask,

Where is this unfulfilled need,

That picture of scarcity,

Where is it located in your system?

What do you see?

You may ask the image to show you that need in a specific color or you feel it right in your body or you just know it.

Where in your system is that need located,

Manifested energy?

That created the inner reality of deficiency,

Scarcity,

Need.

Hello.

Okay.

And what do you need?

Ask yourself in that picture.

What do you need to heal,

To fulfill that need now for yourself?

Yes,

You can still heal that situation now.

You can still care for yourself,

Heal yourself.

What is it that you needed,

That you need now?

Yeah,

Because it's still there,

It's manifested.

Although it happened in the past,

It is still a reality,

If it's still visible.

So what is it that you need?

Is it love,

Trust,

Rest?

Yeah,

It might be a specific quality or you just feel something like it needs a cooling blue,

A warming yellow,

A sparkling firework.

So be creative,

Be playful.

And trust your perception.

What do you need?

Is it the permission for an emotion?

The permission to feel imbalanced,

Frustrated.

Okay.

And let it be about you,

Something you can give yourself.

If you find yourself switching to expectations about others,

Okay,

Hello,

Come back,

Take responsibility.

Let it be a healing and unconditional freedom.

So let it be of you.

Okay,

And if you identified,

Perceived that quality that would support you now to take care for that need in that situation,

Give it to you.

Give it a color,

Let it flow into the picture on the screen.

Let it flow to that particular spot where the need lies in your system.

And breathe.

Trust there's nothing you need to do.

Just watch yourself accepting the offer.

Or if you come across destruction,

Inner restrictions,

Okay.

Hold on for a moment and care for yourself.

What do you need first in order to be able to give yourself that healing?

Is it permission,

Havingness,

Letting go of beliefs like it can't be that simple.

Or I'm not spiritual enough to do so.

Or parts of you that prefer accusing others of not fulfilling your needs instead of taking self responsibility.

Okay,

That's fine.

You are human and you are exactly where you need to be.

You have reasons for holding all the beliefs,

For all these energies,

And you can decide now whether you would like to let go of them or keep them.

So give yourself the permission for self-care.

This act of self-love,

Of taking the responsibility,

Of attending to yourself.

Let go of heavy weighing guilt or shame or judgment.

Flow them out.

Give them to Mother Earth and let yourself be supported by the cosmos,

The earth,

Your heart space.

And don't forget to breathe.

Let go of all that tells you you don't deserve to attend to your needs.

To take that time and that you have to always attend first to the outside.

This doesn't help anyone.

Heal yourself and you're giving an offer of healing to the outside.

So see that healing quality flowing through your system on the white screen and then feel the effect on your system,

On your body.

Fill yourself with that quality,

With this fulfillment of your need.

And be generous.

Care for yourself generously.

You can support that healing with your hands on your body wherever it supports you.

And breathe.

Flow.

You are safe and you are loved.

Remember.

Okay,

As you care for your need for yourself,

See what happens to the situation in the picture.

What's the effect?

Does it become lighter,

Softer?

What becomes possible?

Is it compassion,

Humor,

Maybe understanding?

You might see it or just have a feeling for it.

Wonderful.

No right or wrong.

Trust your perception.

What becomes possible?

Okay.

And then let the situation and the white screen go.

Give it to the earth.

Come back to yourself.

The perception of your grounding with your feet on the ground.

Perceive yourself connected to cosmos and earth.

To your heart space.

To this healing flow inside of you.

You have moved a lot of energy today and thus created space in your system.

So fill yourself up with gold from above,

From the cosmos.

A golden shower that takes any remaining doubt in your ability to care for yourself in every moment.

That takes energies,

Beliefs that no longer serve you.

And that fills you up with unconditional love in every bit of your body.

Flow.

Perceive that refreshing shower.

Let go.

You are safe.

And as you care for yourself,

You shine.

Wonderful.

So you can stay here for as long as you would like to.

Or if your day is calling you,

Thank yourself for this powerful practice of self-love.

For taking the responsibility for your needs today.

And remember you can always reconnect with that quality inside of you.

With patience and with time you will be able to attend to your intuition.

The voice of your soul,

Your needs and truth more and more clearly and regularly.

So take one deep breath in and out.

And find yourself back in that physical space you're in.
