Beautiful human,
Dear warrior of these times,
I know you are tired.
Didn't you come here to break these chains?
Wasn't it you who didn't listen to them but to that powerful soul leading you,
Guiding you,
Guarding you?
Wasn't this battle meant to fuel you,
To energize you with hope and belief and love?
I know you are tired.
And before I share with you some reminders you might need to hear today,
I wish to tell you thank you.
Thank you for accepting this path.
Thank you for owning your position on earth,
For not avoiding,
For not ignoring,
For not selling your humanity.
I honor you.
I honor you for your bravery and fierceness and I honor you for admitting your exhaustion right now.
For a warrior like you,
The holy battles aren't the challenge.
It's not the deep pain you feel whenever you look into the world.
It's not the fall and it's not the countless times of standing up again.
For you,
The most difficult thing to do might be to admit you are exhausted.
You have nothing to give.
You won't rise again this time,
At least not now.
And I honor you.
I'd love to remind you of three things to support,
Strengthen and soften you on this path.
The first thing I'd like to tell you is this,
Your exhaustion is wisdom and a holy rebellion.
You are not burned out because you failed.
You burned out because your body refuses to give in to the lies of never-enoughness,
Of having to give yourself away in order to be of service.
You are not ready anymore to serve without feeling yourself first.
That's wisdom of your body.
That's the voice of your soul speaking through your sacred embodiment.
You'd rather pause than betraying yourself.
And no,
While you're pausing,
You're not missing out on the world stage.
You won't leave your tribe alone in this fight.
Giving into exhaustion and finding love,
Softness and compassion within the tired is an offer of peace,
Healing and softening to the world.
And this only happens once you stop fighting your exhaustion.
You give into it.
Giving to this sacred rebellion against society's lies,
Saying that only those who give and give and give will earn reward,
Success and recognition.
I wish for you that you may fall in love with your exhaustion,
With your capability to listen to your body's needs and to embrace it as a sacred rebellious act.
You will still be a warrior,
Only you changed position for now,
From front line to holding space and recharging for you and for those fighting with you.
Your hard mind and focus will never leave your mission.
It can't because it's what you came for.
Make peace,
Give in and recharge.
The second reminder I'd love to share with you is this.
We don't only need those fighting in the front line.
We don't only need those who are loud on the streets,
Actively participating in the transformation.
We cannot win this battle without those more quiet warriors holding space for them.
Staying connected to their mission,
To their grief,
To their celebrations.
Keeping the energy up on the frequency of possible.
We need the ones who quietly listen,
Watch and prepare for the next stage of this fight.
We need the seers,
The listeners,
The connectors.
We need those who guard the sacred realm of grounding,
Recharging and integration,
The slowing down and swirling before we go again.
We need those who stay aside,
Gathering energies of love,
Trust and belief,
To fill the inner stores ready to nourish those who might need it tomorrow.
So thank you for giving space to those who need to be in the field right now.
Thank you for taking your space behind the scenes.
And thank you for holding space for them while taking care of yours.
And the last reminder I wish to share with you today is this.
Have you ever listened to a choir?
Have you ever experienced a choir's ability to hold a tone forever,
Without breaking,
Without losing intensity?
A choir can sing forever because once a singer needs to pause,
Needs to take a breath,
The collective will take over,
Will continue,
Will hold the tone and guard the infinity of the sound space.
I know sometimes your journey might feel lonely.
But remember,
We are many.
We are a choir of warriors,
Lightworkers,
Believers.
Resting is not a shame.
It's your holy duty you owe to yourself and to the collective you co-create,
To your choir.
So take all the time you need so that tomorrow you step in as others take a breath.
If you listened up to here,
I know you are ready to make peace.
I want to tell you that I honor your path,
Your power,
Your determination and your honesty towards yourself when having to change your role within this holy war.
May you make peace with your exhaustion today.
May you listen to your body with love.
May you honor yourself for all you've given so far.
May you fall in love with this new season of your fight.
It's exactly where you're meant to be.
To heal,
To integrate,
To recharge and to hold space.
We need you,
Dear warrior.
Thank you for taking care of yourself.
All my love to you,
Yana.
