Counsellor and spiritual teacher Jac creates grounded, poetic spaces for healing, emotional freedom, and deeper truth within yourself and your relationships. With one foot in science and the other in spirit, her work explores the meeting place between psychology, mindfulness, creativity, and embodied wisdom. Rather than simply teaching concepts, Jac helps them come alive within. Through meditation, reflection, breath, and story, ideas move from intellectual understanding into something felt, lived and remembered. Jac is not interested in teaching people what to think, but in creating experiences that help them discover what they already know. At the heart of her work is the belief that freedom is less about becoming someone else, and more about remembering who you are beneath the fear, the story, and the forgetting. Jac lives with her wife and fur-baby Humphrey in Australia.
