Appropriately,

I have not long come back from the beach.

It's Christmas period here at the moment,

The most beautiful summer days.

It's just perfect,

Perfect beach weather,

Not too hot,

Clear,

Just beautiful rolling surf.

It's a lovely temperature.

So I'm a happy girl right now.

Now this is very relevant to what I'm going to talk about today because going back to the beach philosophy,

Today we're going to talk about the A in beach.

Now the A actually stands for three things.

The main one is attraction,

Attracting in your perfect clients.

So I'm going to explore that,

But tying in with that attraction is the energy of authenticity,

Another important aspect of the A in the beach philosophy.

And then as a result of that,

Really,

As a result of that authenticity and attraction that occurs is abundance.

And that's the third A that I'll have a chat about today.

And it's so interesting that these three quite different things are very closely woven and an integral part of the new business paradigm of being able to be in a business that is easy and fun and joyful.

These three things,

The attraction,

The authenticity,

Well,

In many ways the authenticity comes first,

But I'm going to talk attraction first,

Attraction,

The authenticity and the abundance are what we are all craving as female entrepreneurs.

And it's the missing piece for us in many cases.

The patriarchal model of business is not based on these things.

And as women,

These things are very important to us and into the way in just in the way that we show up in the world.

So let's go back.

Let's talk about attraction first.

This is very dear to my heart because my work is based in energy and obviously attraction is all about energy.

I run several webinars on attracting in your ideal clients,

And I'm going to basically summarize those a little bit today in what I'm sharing with you.

But this is key to you having a successful business.

Attracting in the clients who just make your heart sing.

The sort of clients you're like,

Oh my gosh,

I would just give this away because I just love working with you so much.

Those ones that just fill you up.

So attracting in your clients,

Attracting in the resources that you need for your business,

Attracting in the support that you need through coaches,

Mentors,

Contractors,

Whatever,

Any aspect of your business,

Who you attract in.

And what is this dependent on?

The energy you are putting out.

Simple.

That's the law of attraction.

If you are not putting out an energy that is pure for you,

This is where the authenticity comes in.

If it is distorted with stories and beliefs and fears,

It changes the vibration that's going out there.

It changes the vibration that your audience are receiving.

And so those who attracted into you are also resonating at that vibration you're putting out.

So here's the problem.

If you are following a model of business or a mentor or a coach who is saying to you,

Okay,

Get there on your social media,

Do it three times a day,

You have to be there,

You know,

Output,

Output,

Output,

Output.

Okay,

What if you are feeling crap that day?

What if you are writing the post or copying and pasting an old post and you feel like shit?

And in actual fact,

You don't want to be there,

You don't want to work today,

You just need a me day,

But you force yourself to write that post or put out that offer.

I guarantee you,

The people who are attracted to that post or that offer will not be your ideal clients.

You'll either hear crickets or you'll end up with people who are hard work for you right now.

They're not the right people for you right now.

You would have been better to have not posted at all than have posted coming from a low vibration because you're attracting in the wrong people.

In my business now,

Especially with my use of Facebook,

I am very clear on showing up and writing posts when I feel good,

When I feel excited.

And if that means I only write one or two posts a week,

That's what I do.

I still have a couple of posts scheduled that are not so connected to my energy or not so connected to sharing who I am.

They're just more standard posts.

I have a couple of those tips and things like that that might be scheduled but go out in between.

But as far as showing up and sharing an offer or a story about myself,

I will only do that when I'm really vibrating at my highest so that I can attract in the right clients to me.

This is so important.

Now this attraction energy is very connected in with the sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra is the attraction chakra.

In humans,

In the personal energy body,

It is the sensuality-sexuality chakra.

It's also to do with creativity and fun and joy and abundance.

But that sensuality-sexuality component is the attraction component.

And in your business's energy body,

The sacral chakra of your business has that same attraction component to it.

So the energy you are putting out,

The energy your business is putting out through the sacral chakra in particular,

All the chakras play a part.

But what really is channeled out through that sacral chakra,

Through that creativity chakra is pretty much who you're going to attract back in.

So this is why supporting that chakra through being more creative in your business,

But also just in your life,

Expressing your creativity,

Having fun in your life,

Allowing spontaneity in your life,

Those things will all enhance this chakra,

Making it more attractive,

Allowing it to put out more of that attraction energy.

In many ways,

This is the most obvious difference between the patriarchal model of business and the new business paradigm that's aligned with women.

Our sacral chakra is our power chakra when it comes to attracting.

It's our power chakra when it comes to how we show up in our business.

So much in this chakra is connected with the cycles,

Which is a very important part of how we show up in business.

It's connected with the fun element and the play and the creativity.

All of this is vital.

This is the foundation of the new business paradigm.

And how hard is it to let go of this paradigm that we've been raised in and embody this new way of being?

I mean,

It goes against everything.

You know,

Our attraction energy is impacted from the time we're born,

Really.

You know,

We're born very pure.

This is moving into the authenticity side now,

Actually.

So I'll just bridge here the attraction and the authenticity.

As soon as we start to walk,

Talk,

Be influenced by our family,

Start mixing with other children,

Other families,

And have their impact,

Their influence,

And then go to school and be influenced,

We start to be programmed.

We start to be told what is allowed,

You know,

What is permissible,

What is the correct way to express yourself,

Correct here in inverted commas.

We start to let go of parts of ourselves that don't fit in to our family,

To our culture,

To our school system.

We squish them,

And we start to operate in the acceptable way.

And as this happens,

Without us realizing,

We lose some of our authenticity.

We become more inauthentic.

We don't even know it's happening.

And this happens right through our schooling.

As we enter the workforce,

The same thing is happening.

And then we go,

Oh,

I'm going to start a business.

And we begin to realize where we are inauthentic in our life.

Because our business is our platform to share our gifts,

To share our authenticity.

And our business will quickly show us where we are being inauthentic in our lives,

Where we are holding back our truth.

And this can be incredibly challenging.

As is often said,

The business journey is the greatest personal development journey you can go on.

And anything that is showing up as a challenge in your business,

Whether that is attracting in the right clients,

Attracting in enough clients,

Attracting in money,

Whatever is coming through in the business that is challenging you,

Is showing you where in your personal energy body you are still holding stories and beliefs and memories that it's time to release.

Your business magnifies this.

So those stories you've accrued through your growing up years or in your years as an employee,

Those stories will really show up when it comes to being in business.

And they'll let you know pretty quickly where you are being inauthentic.

And the weird thing is,

When you start your business journey or while you're in your business journey,

You think,

I'm being authentic.

I'm being me.

But then something's just not working out here.

And as you deep dive into that story,

You then start to see that actually the real you,

The essence of you that sits in your heart chakra has been covered.

She's been hidden.

She's been diluted.

Or she might have been completely shut up.

So this is the power of this authentic energy,

Which thereby attracts in the people you want.

The more authentic you are,

The more attractive you are at the right vibration for you.

And then what happens when you get this right?

When you finally work out this formula?

Abundance.

You are then in the flow.

All of life flows.

And when I'm talking about abundance,

I am not just talking about money.

Abundance is everything flowing.

And as women,

This is an important part of who we are.

The energy of flow,

The yin energy is the energy of flow.

And the energy of control,

Which is what we are pretty much raised on,

Inhibits the energy of flow.

And the more we tune into who we are,

The more we let go of control,

The more we emit a true vibration,

The greater the abundance,

The greater the flow of energy through our life,

Through our business.

It's our chemical.

Now,

These are big concepts I'm talking about here,

And there are so many different aspects to this.

And the purpose of today's podcast is really to give you an overview of the A in the Beach Philosophy.

But I will be exploring authenticity,

Attraction and abundance in much more depth in future podcasts and giving you tools to really support you to find your authentic self.

You know,

Quirks and all to find that,

To bring it to the table,

To put it out there,

To attract in those perfect people in your life and in your business,

And to really support you in tapping into the flow of abundance that is available to all of us.

It just requires to be in our authentic energy to receive it.

So the thing I'd really like you to remember from this podcast today is that attraction is everything.

It's not your copy.

It's not doing more Facebook Lives.

It's not about your sales posts.

All of those things are an aspect,

They're an important part of you showing up,

But they're only important if you are showing up authentically and you are putting out the right energy to attract in the right people and the right resources for you.

So as we enter into a new year right now,

This is the perfect time to have a look if anything needs clearing out.

Anything that is lowering your vibration,

That might be clients,

That might be the way you are marketing within your business,

That may be your tribe.

Tribe is a big part of the sacral chakra.

Have a look.

What do you need to clear out that could be lowering your energetic vibration and therefore attracting in the wrong people to your business?

What can you let go of?

And remember,

It's okay to have time,

To have periods in your business and in your life where you don't put yourself out there,

Where your energy is low and you need to give your energy to yourself.

This is what's happened to me in the last few weeks since I've been unwell.

I haven't been able to put the energy out there and if I had or in the times I have,

I have attempted to a couple of times and I've just not attracted in people because right now,

My energy needs to go into me.

I'm going to talk about this more when I go into the cycles of business but just remembering that only post,

Only show up when you are feeling it,

When you are feeling high vibe and in the times you're not,

Do other things.

There's always behind the scenes stuff that you can do in your business that do not require your vibration to be as pure as when you are showing up for your audience and your clients.
