So find a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to relax and gently close your eyes.
And together,
Let's begin on this journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
Anchoring in the present,
Cultivating mindful awareness.
As you settle into your space,
Take a gentle breath in,
Just drawing in the essence of calmness and tranquility.
As you exhale,
Release any tension,
Worries,
Stuff.
And allow these things to dissolve into the air,
Transmuting,
Leaving your body.
And here on this next breath,
Shift your attention to the natural rhythm of your breath and feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
The flow of life force circulating through your being.
And let each breath serve as a reminder to be fully present here and now.
On this next inhale,
I want you to breathe all the way into the belly.
Let it expand and exhale gently.
Continue breathing here as we expand your awareness to the sensations that you feel within your body.
Release any area of tension or discomfort.
And with each breath,
Offer them permission to soften and release and create space for healing.
Listen closely to the symphony of sounds surrounding you.
Embrace them without judgment or attachment,
Allowing them to weave into the tapestry of this present moment.
Each sound is a reminder of the interconnectedness of all beings.
Here,
Observe the thoughts and emotions that arise in you.
Watch them pass by like clouds,
Drifting across the vast sky of your consciousness.
Being rooted in your observer self,
Knowing that you are not defined by these experiences.
And as our journey draws to a close,
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
Feeling its gentle rhythm anchoring you to the present moment.
Feel the gratitude welling up within you,
A deep appreciation for this gift of self-care and inner exploration.

Take a moment here to honor the sacredness of this practice and express gratitude for this time for yourself,

Sometimes things in our lives are moving so quickly that we do not even recognize the thoughts and emotions that are within us until much later in the day.
