Find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
And let us begin this journey of inner strength and gratitude.
The sacred pause,
Restoring energy and renewal.
As you settle in a comfortable position,
Gently close your eyes,
Take a long deep breath in.
Allow the breath to fill your lungs and exhale here.
On the second breath,
I want you to bring this breath all the way in and down to the belly.
Expanding to the diaphragm,
Exhale.
Inhale here again,
All the way in.
And begin bringing in a sense of calm and relaxation.
Exhaling slowly through the mouth.
Just barely parting your lips.
And releasing any tension or stress you may be holding on to.
Continue breathing naturally.
And here,
Close your eyes,
Settle in.
And imagine yourself surrounded by a serene and peaceful environment.
Picture this happy place.
It's a tranquil oasis.
It's a place of stillness and renewal.
It's where you can just let go.
And visualize the beauty of nature around you.
Maybe it's a lush garden,
A beach.
Maybe it's a majestic forest.
And as you continue to breathe,
You feel the soothing energy of the sacred space enveloping you.
The colors begin to surround you,
Almost as if they're hugging,
Supporting,
Infusing your energy.
Giving back because you give so much.
And in this moment,
Give yourself permission to pause.
To release the need to be busy or to rush or to achieve,
Accomplish.
There's nothing for you to do but rest.
Let go of any thoughts or worries about the past or the future.
This is your time.
Simply be present here and embrace the healing power of the sacred pause.
And as you pause,
Shift your attention to your breath again.
And feel the rise and fall as you inhale,
Deeply and exhaling without any effort.
Just releasing that breath.
And notice the rhythm of flow as it mirrors the ebb and flow of life.
Allow each breath to anchor you into the present moment,
Grounding you in the here and now.
And as you continue to breathe deeply and mindfully,
Bring your awareness to your body.
And scan it from head to toe,
Starting at the top.
And notice any areas of tension or discomfort.
And as you find them with each exhale,
Imagine releasing the tension that is being held right there,
Allowing it to melt away and dissolve.
And focus on the concept of renewal.
As you're releasing that tension,
Visualize a soft golden light permeating your entire being.
This light is the essence of renewal,
Revitalizing your energy and bringing a sense of freshness and vitality to every cell of your body.
And as the golden light fills you,
Imagine it gently sweeping away fatigue,
Weariness,
Heaviness that you may be carrying.
And feel it lifting the weight off of your shoulders,
Off of your heart,
Off of your stomach,
Of your belly,
The solar plexus,
Your power center.
Bringing a sense of renewed lightness and clarity.
And take a moment here to reflect on the importance of this sacred pause in your life.
Recognize that by honoring this space for rest and rejuvenation,
You are nourishing your soul and replenishing your energy.
Embrace the wisdom of finding stillness amidst the busyness and allow yourself to fully embrace the beauty of the present moment.
And slowly bring your awareness back to your breath,
Taking a deep inhale.
And as you exhale,
Gently open your eyes,
Coming back into yourself.
Coming back into yourself.
Take a moment to appreciate the tranquility and renewal you have experienced during this sacred pause.
