Jeanne is a psychotherapist and yoga instructor and has been teaching meditation for over a decade. Jeanne has been inspired by her own meditation and yoga practice, but also as a witness to the healing that it can bring to many. Jeanne particularly enjoys guided imagery meditation and breathing practices that allow individuals to let go of stress, worry and expectations and bring intentionality into their daily lives. *Intended for educational purposes and is not therapy or medical care.
