Meditation Timer OnlineJeremiah has been practicing meditation for over two decades, beginning in the late 1990s as a personal discipline rooted in curiosity, self-inquiry, and nervous system regulation. What started as a solitary practice gradually evolved into a lifelong path of embodiment, teaching, and service. His work blends meditation, Yoga Nidra, somatic awareness, pranayama, and grounded yogic philosophy to support restoration, clarity, and integration—both on and off the mat. Rather than chasing peak experiences, he guides practices that help people feel safe in their bodies, steady in their breath, and present with what is real. Over the years, he has taught and mentored hundreds of students and has certified more than one hundred practitioners and teachers in meditation, guiding them not only in technique but in presence, integrity, and the art of holding space. His approach is experiential, trauma-aware, and rooted in lived practice rather than rigid dogma. He is the founder and co-owner of WildLight, a living wellness platform devoted to embodied practice, conscious leadership, and integration through yoga, meditation, and ritual. His teachings draw from classical yogic traditions while remaining accessible, human, and deeply practical for modern life. These meditations are invitations—to slow down, listen inward, regulate the nervous system, and remember what it feels like to be at home within yourself.
