Hello,

Dear Intuitive One.

It's Joanna Schmidt.

Thank you for joining me in this moment,

For this embodied practice,

This inner journey to your heart center to ground,

Center,

And restore.

On this journey today,

I invite you to surrender to your own natural intuitive process,

Remembering that however it is that you sense on your journey,

Intuitive One,

It is unique to you and it is perfect.

I invite you to start by placing a hand on your heart and a hand on your belly to mark this moment as sacred.

Sacred time to put down the busyness of your day,

Sacred time to tune inwards.

Allow the hands holding your heart and belly and kindness to help you shift your attention to follow the subtle movement created by the rhythm of your breath.

Feel the movement in your body.

There's no need to take bigger or deeper breaths that tend to push you farther from your center.

Simply breathe to be in your body.

Breathe to be in the here and now,

In the sacredness of this moment.

Let your easy calm breath be enough.

Give yourself permission for it to be enough.

You don't need to do more.

You don't need to do better.

Your breath will know the way to your heart center.

To create space for this journey,

I invite you to sense the ways that the earth is lovingly holding and supporting you from below.

Give yourself permission to surrender to this support.

I invite you to sense in the ways that the sky is kindly supporting you from above.

Allow your whole being to feel blanketed by this light-filled spaciousness from the support of sky above.

And if needed,

Perhaps adjust your body a little so you can feel supported in balance between earth and sky equally.

Lastly,

As we open space for this journey,

I invite you to sense the support,

The energy that's created by this very moment.

This energy that is around you,

Created by your presence,

Your intention,

And all the supporting elements.

Give yourself permission to surrender to this support.

It is lovingly supporting you front to back,

Side to side,

From the tips of your toes to your divine crown.

And perhaps adjust your body a little bit more so you can feel cocooned in this chrysalis of love and support from above,

Below,

And all around you.

With space opened for this journey,

I invite you to draw your attention back to the movement created by the rhythm of your breath.

Let this natural rhythm of your breath draw your attention closer to your center,

To your body,

And to your heart.

Sense into the stretchiness and the resilience of your body with each inhale and exhale.

Let each embodied breath be a stepping stone for your mind and attention to draw closer to your heart center,

Remembering that your breath knows the path.

It knows the way.

Following these stepping stones from your mind to your heart,

You can give your mind permission to surrender to this nonlinear knowing,

As you allow your full attention,

Your focus,

Your beingness to arrive at the door of your heart.

When you're ready,

Enter your heart and allow your whole being to arrive.

Allow your intuitive senses to draw you deeper into your heart center,

This temple of majestic stillness,

Grace,

And love within you.

Explore with your inner senses and ask yourself the question,

How does it feel for you to settle in and ground to this sacred place within your heart?

Take note of any changes that you can sense in your body,

In your muscles,

In your presence.

Let yourself slow down and explore,

Perhaps exploring your heart center like you might explore a sacred temple or an ancient forest with soft,

Curious gazes,

Wonder and full embodied presence.

When you feel safe here in this space,

Allow your whole being to settle into your heart center.

Let yourself rest easy here in this sacred place and give yourself permission to fully ground into the sacredness of your heart.

As you do allow the loving support from earth,

Sky and the present moment,

Hold space for you while you spend time here.

Perhaps sense into the embodied feeling of these layers of support emanating out,

Starting at this centered point within your heart.

Sense into the ways that your breath is also holding space,

Creating a boundary,

Sacred line,

Marking your intent to slow down,

To listen in,

To ground,

Center,

Be and restore.

When you feel ready,

You can welcome yourself home to this heart space.

Welcome yourself home to the richness of the present moment of here and now.

I invite you to thank yourself for being.

Perhaps in this heart space,

You can let your body rest.

Let your mind rest and let this time be for you.

And when you are ready to journey home,

Simply shift your attention back to the movement created by your breath and allow your focus to follow it.

Finding the perfect balance between this heart centered place and the magic of everyday awareness.

You can allow this transition to be graceful and gradual.

You can lean on the support of earth and sky and the present moment to help you find that perfect balance.

And as you begin to arrive in the magic of here and now,

Welcome yourself home again,

Recharged and more present.

To complete this journey,

Thank the earth and sky and present moment for the ways it has supported you to journey towards your heart center.

You can now rest your hands that have been holding your heart and belly and kindness.

And if your eyes have been closed,

I invite you to open them slowly and allow the first few movements of your neck,

Wiggling your toes or stretching your arms,

Help realign you here to this very moment.
