I’m so excited to learn more on my journey of ego awareness and acceptance and restore. This talk was amazing. I took notes, and I’m interested to learn more about the meditation you use. Thank you I’m always looking to develop in my journey of life and this is one area that I am focusing on.

Thank you for this. I’m pretty new on the path of late discovery of my autism and I’ve always struggled with the fact I prefer being alone and trying to “fit in”. It’s helpful to hear you feel the same way. 🙏

You sound like a very wise and kind person. Thanks for sharing your story. I was diagnosed autistic and ADHD quite recently and am also on a journey of self-discovery and recovery. I think it’s interesting that Buddhist teachings or philosophy seem to have been taken up quite widely by “mindfulness” practices in recent years. At least that’s how it seems to me, as a non-expert. Would be interested to hear your views on this.
