Jon is a retired Navy SEAL turned mindfulness teacher. He uses mindfulness daily - as a father of three young children and as an entrepreneur working to navigate the ins and outs of his own business - there are ups and downs. Mindfulness helps regulate things and find fulfillment in the here and now. Now, Jon takes what he uses and shares it with as many as possible!
