Hello and welcome.

Let's begin by grounding ourselves in the present moment.

Become aware of the space you are in,

The sounds you hear,

The sensation of your body seated where you are.

Notice your feet touching the ground,

Rooting you to the earth as a tree's roots root it to the earth.

As you sit here,

Let the world outside of this space fall away.

This time is just for you.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhaling peace.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine yourself exhaling any tension or stress.

Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath.

Imagine the energy flowing through your body with each inhalation and each exhalation.

Bring your attention to your heart.

Imagine a warm glowing light emanating from within.

This light represents your inner wisdom,

Your intuition,

Your unique perspective.

Allow this light to fill your body,

Expanding outwards from your heart and encompassing your entire being.

Visualize your goals,

Your dreams,

And your aspirations.

Imagine them as seeds planted in your heart.

Seeds waiting and ready to grow.

And with each breath you take,

These seeds receive the nourishment they need.

Growing,

Growing stronger and more vibrant.

Acknowledge that this,

This time and this place is a safe space for learning,

For growth,

For understanding.

And here you are free to express yourself without judgment,

To ask questions and to seek clarity.

To have an open mind and open heart,

A beginner's mind.

And now take a moment to express gratitude to yourself for dedicating this time for self-improvement,

For self-discovery,

And for self-growth.

And sit in silence for a few moments and continue that expression of gratitude.

And let's take a few more deep breaths here.
