It's time now for three deep belly breaths.
Recalling what day it is today,
What time it is right now.
I anchor myself.
I witness all the emotions I'm experiencing right now.
I observe all the inner dialogue I've got going on right now.
I am clear with what my body is saying.
I give myself a loving,
Empowering message to start this day.
I let this message grow in its presence with me right now.
I keep tracing each breath that I'm taking.
And I picture what I need to live this day the way I wish.
I feel a pure love flowing through my whole body.
And now I notice where in my body I feel the most motivation for today.
I'm experiencing this motivation spread throughout my entire body now.
I keep breathing in deeply and exhaling deeply as well.
I feel my feet and my toes.
And now I tell my feet where we'll be going today.
Feeling more in my skin.
I turn my attention to my hands and my fingers.
And I tell my hands and fingers what we'll be doing today.
With gratitude for my body,
I listen to the message of self-compassion that comes up for me.
I repeat this message now.
And I repeat it one more time.
I feel the experience of every breath.
I name things I'm grateful for in this moment.
I name the gifts in my life.
I name the qualities I have to bring to this day.
And I name again today's date and the time it is right now.
I choose one word for the day.
I feel this flow through my body.
I am grounded.
I am anchored in myself.
I am prepared for this exact day.
I am motivated to achieve what I want to achieve.
I am receiving the gift of this day.
And being present to the gift that I am to this world.
