Hello and welcome to this short centering meditation.
I'm Casey Sage and I'm honored to have you practice with me today.
Find a comfortable position where you can easily elongate your spine.
No straining,
Just firmly upright,
The crown of your head reaching gently toward the sky.
Close your eyes and take a long inhale deep into the belly and exhale slowly.
Take a few more breaths like this,
Allowing yourself to arrive fully into your body and into the present moment.
Notice the wave of presence and peace that washes over you with each breath.
Returning to a normal breath now and feeling your awareness sink behind your eyelids.
Feeling gravity anchor your weight into your pelvis,
Grounding you into the vessel that carries you through life,
Allowing yourself to experience the shift,
The transition from outward to inward,
Landing softly in the embrace of your inner world.
Spend a moment taking in the quality of energy moving throughout you right now,
No judgment,
Just notice what feelings and sensations are present for you right now,
What's true inside of you in this moment.
Notice the distinction between your awareness and your experience.
Herein lies your power.
By anchoring into your awareness,
By rooting into your soul,
You gain the freedom of choice.
How do you want to respond to life?
How do you want to feel?
What do you want to focus on?
Don't think with your mind,
Just feel what comes up for you from this place of being in your center.
As you deepen the connection with your intentions,
Begin to feel what it's like to move about your life in that reality.
Perhaps it feels warm,
Expansive,
Liberating,
Peaceful,
Or something else.
Notice how it feels and where you feel it.
Allow this feeling to expand outward,
Radiating from your heart.
This is how it feels to experience life,
From your center.
Hold this feeling,
Anchor it into your being,
Return your awareness here as often as you can,
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
