Kalli Sandau

Physiotherapist, MSc

Kalli is a physiotherapist and trauma-informed yoga teacher with a special interest in persistent pain, pelvic health, and vestibular rehabilitation. She brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to her work, recognizing that the body and nervous system are deeply connected, and that healing is rarely one-size-fits-all. Kalli values meeting people where they are, offering care and practices that are both evidence-informed and compassionate. She is especially passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies, build confidence in movement, and make sense of symptoms without fear or overwhelm. As a mom, Kalli understands the realities of busy, full lives, and the importance of care that feels realistic and supportive. Her work is grounded in creating a safe, approachable space for people to reconnect with themselves—gently, and at their own pace.

Thank you for this meditation today . It really helped me on a difficult day after a difficult week. I have multiple chronic illnesses & some are flaring a bit after having a dental procedure yesterday. There’s also been some other issues this week and they’ve all coincided a bit meaning I needed to take extra care today.

Lovely practice, thank you! It's nice to see more teachers focusing on mindbody/neuroplastic conditions here 🙏🏻

Amaaaazing in such a short amount of time. Are you familiar with Yonit Arthur her and on YouTube? You are the first person I’ve come across who takes a similar approach with dizziness and all of the diagnoses you mentioned. She’s been an incredibly transformative human in my life. It seems like there are very few people working through this modality, although more often as of late… Still, I wonder if you would find camaraderie and support with each other. It seems to me it must be tough and equally rewarding to be a pioneer on this path. Thank you for your necessary and healing work. Amy.
