Whilst there are proven benefits to meditation we are not licensed healthcare practitioners.
This meditation uses binaural beat technology so you need to use headphones to get the maximum benefit.
Please do not drive or operate machinery.
This technology allows your brain to enter a meditative state easily and will give you an opportunity to relax and invest in your personal development.
Instead of being predominantly a left brain analyst or a right brain creative you will become a whole brain thinker with binaural beats.
You don't need any experience just a willingness to listen to and focus on my voice.
This is a mindfulness body scan meditation which will help you feel and nourish your body with positivity and relaxation from the inside out.
Start by sitting in a comfortable upright position feet on the ground and rest your arms on your legs or your lap with your palms facing upwards and close your eyes.
Take a long deep breath inwards.
Hold and release.
Slowly breathe in again nourishing your body with each inhale.
Feel your breath leaving your body and feel any stress or anxiety leaving with each warm breath.
If you notice any thoughts coming into your mind acknowledge them and then bring your focus back to your breath.
Deep inhale and hold and exhale.
Let's start with imagining a beautiful white light in the tips of your toes.
Imagine that white light growing brighter and stronger as it moves up slowly into your calves.
It's moving now into your thighs.
Feeling your legs completely relaxed free of any weight or tension.
Continue to inhale deeply,
Hold and exhale.
The light is now moving into your abdomen.
Hold the light and feel its warmth.
Gently moving now upwards into your chest and shoulders.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale feel every bit of muscle tension release.
The light is now moving downward into your lower arms descending into your hands and all the way into each finger.
Let it sit there.
Feel the deep relaxation in your muscles letting anxiety and stress release through each exhale.
The light is now moving back up your arms into your shoulders and into your neck releasing any worries you're holding.
Feel them leave allowing the light to move into your head relieving all worldly anxieties.
Feel the white light now all over your body creating a warm deep state.
Continue to breathe deeply.
When you are ready you can start to move your fingers and your toes gently awakening.
You can roll your shoulders and gently move your head from one side to another slowly moving your arms and legs bringing yourself back to awareness of your surroundings and when you're ready open your eyes.
