Explore MeditationDr. Karin Hudson, PsyD, is a Clinical Psychologist and certified coach with over 30 years of combined experience in education and mental health. She began her career as an AMI Montessori teacher after moving to the United States, where her interest in emotional wellbeing led her to pursue advanced degrees in psychology. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate in Psychology, ultimately becoming a licensed Clinical Psychologist. For the past two decades, Dr. Hudson has worked in diverse and high-pressure environments, including emergency rooms, hospitals, medical clinics, and community mental health centers. Her work is grounded in a lifelong connection to nature, which she has integrated into both education and therapy through nature-based and equine-assisted programs, as well as ecotherapy techniques to foster resilience and healing. Recognizing the growing challenges of burnout among teachers, healthcare providers, first responders, executives, and caregivers, Dr. Hudson founded Consider Yourself Credentialed. This coaching practice offers value-based support outside the constraints of a clinical diagnosis, providing a safe space for individuals in high-stress roles to restore balance, prevent exhaustion, and reconnect with purpose. Her holistic approach—shaped by decades of experience across education, psychology, and nature-based practices—continues to help clients build resilience, strengthen self-care, and cultivate lasting wellbeing.
