You need this moment to yourself to find that inner calm and to relax.
So try to do that.
We're holding our breath in,
And we're just letting it go.
And then we're just letting it go.
So try to do that.
We're holding ourselves tall in a seat,
Or maybe you're lying down,
But try to relax all the soft tissues of your body that aren't involved in the seat.
So like your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your brow bone,
The belly,
A little bit of core strength holding you tall,
But we're letting it relax so that the breath can really flow.
Taking a strong inhale,
And let go of the sigh.
Feels nice.
Again.
And one more.
Sitting with yourself,
Natural breath flowing,
Enjoying the pause,
Noticing your surroundings and how things might be shifting around,
Sounds might be going off.
And then just letting it go.
And then just letting it go.
Sounds might be shifting around,

But you're right here.
You're still present.
Feel the natural bend through the elbows,
Your long neck,
The sliding down of the shoulder blades.
Can you feel for the heart beating in your chest?
Or just feeling the rise and fall from the lungs?
Reminding yourself of just how alive you are in this moment.
Smooth breath in,
All the way in and out.
Now,
You will give yourself a couple of sighs.
