Hi,

Welcome to your AM meditation.

Let's settle in together.

So sitting up or maybe you're lying down,

But just get a little bit more comfortable,

A little bit more grounded.

If you're sitting,

Make sure you lift the body weight up and out of the hips,

Letting your heart shine forward.

We're going to be working with our breath today.

So start to feel into that.

How are you breathing in this moment?

How does it feel?

How are you feeling today?

Soften your joy.

Soften your jaw.

Relax your forehead.

Let's take a full breath in through the nose.

And a sigh exhale,

Ground down.

Finding a pattern together,

Let's inhale through the nose for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold the breath at the top.

And exhale.

Inhale through the nose for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Pause the breath,

Hold.

And release.

Last time,

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold.

And release.

Four,

Hold.

Release slowly.

Natural breath.

Noticing the effects of that pattern.

Building onto that,

Inhale through the nose for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Pause at the bottom.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Pause.

Exhale.

Pause.

Inhale.

Pause.

Exhale.

Pause.

Natural inhale.

Exhale.

Keep that going.

And let's start to follow the breath.

Counting your exhales all the way to ten.

Inhale one,

Exhale one,

Inhale two,

Exhale two and just go on your own.

No rush.

Exhale.

Now allow yourself to release the count wherever you are.

Enjoying some stillness,

Some quality time with yourself.

Feeling the space that you're creating.

If there's any areas in the body that feel tense,

Send some loving kindness right to that spot.

Not efforting.

Sitting for the last minute or so of our meditation.

Let's speak to ourselves with kindness.

I am present.

I am calm.

I am motivated.

I am love.

I have so much empathy and compassion within.

I am grounded.

I am on my path.

Starting to take some full breath in.

Maybe shifting through your neck.

Bring your hands to heart center,

Offering yourself a bow.

Beautiful.

Have a great day everyone.

I'm sending you all so much positive energy.

Thanks for being here.
