You are the expert in you and Kathleen's job is to help you connect with the inner wisdom of your body. Kathleen believes that "all foods fit" in a balanced diet and wants to help you explore your relationship with food and your body. She works within a weight inclusive, Health at Every Size(R), Intuitive Eating framework and is a fat positive dietitian. She feels strongly that she always has more to learn from colleagues and clients and her work continues to evolve. She strives to practice in a way that is inclusive of all people and is understanding of the impact of stigma on an individual's mental and physical health.
