Letting your eyes close.

Drawing your experience inwards.

Noticing what you notice in these first few minutes.

Having a general idea of where you are starting.

And gradually starting to draw your awareness into the direct experience of the sensations.

The weight and solidness of the body.

Listen to the ground.

Noticing if the breath feels constricted in some way.

And before moving,

Really feeling into that.

Noticing what we think might help.

And then slowly making that shift.

Worm with change.

Gradually inhabiting more and more of this whole body breathing.

At first we might be attending to those different patterns of tightness.

Just noticing as the attention invites those patterns to soften.

If we don't start to see the threads,

The connections of ease in the body.

Gradually inhabiting all to see the threads.
