Hello beautiful,

I'm so happy you're here with me right now.

Gently close your eyes and find the rhythm of your breath,

Follow its slowing rhythm.

As your shoulders drop,

Your face softens,

And your whole body melts just a little bit.

Feel the thoughts slowing down as you bring your attention right here,

With me in this moment.

Here it comes again,

A wave of heat rising from within,

Sweeping across your body like a sudden flame.

It feels uncontrollable,

It feels exhausting.

It feels like too much.

But today,

Instead of resisting the fire,

Let's meet it.

Let's soften into it.

Let's remember its wisdom.

Draw in a long,

Cool breath through your nose,

And then exhale slowly,

Imagining yourself releasing steam from your body.

Feel your feet on the ground,

Steady and rooted and safe.

As heat rises,

Let the earth beneath you hold you,

Anchor you,

Remind you that you are supported.

Yes,

This fire is uncomfortable,

And it takes you by surprise,

And it will pass.

The fire is not here to punish you.

It's here to transform you.

Like metal forged in flames,

Like the phoenix reborn from the ashes,

This heat is a part of your becoming.

So breathe,

Breathe as if fanning your own inner flame into balance.

Inhale coolness,

Exhale heat.

Inhale and gather,

Exhale and release.

With each breath,

Imagine your body softening,

Like water meeting fire,

Flowing together and finding harmony.

Your body is so wise.

It knows what it's doing.

It's guiding you through this sacred passage.

This heat is your reminder that you are alive.

You are powerful.

You are shifting into a new season of womanhood.

Cool the fire with compassion,

Cool the fire with trust,

Cool the fire with the knowing that this too shall pass,

And you are here,

Whole,

Radiant,

And strong.

Rest now in the coolness of your breath,

Let it wash over you like a gentle stream,

Let it soothe your skin,

Your mind,

And your heart.

And when the fire comes again,

May you remember,

You are not at its mercy.

You are the space in which it rises and falls.
