And we'll begin just by taking a big deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth,

Letting go.

Do that one more time,

Breathing in through the nose and open mouth exhale,

Sigh it out,

Letting go.

And just take a moment of gratitude for the gift of another morning that you were given today.

As we're sitting here,

Take your hands and turn your palms up towards the sky and tell yourself,

I welcome energy and vitality into my body.

We're going to begin with a few rounds of bellows breath which helps to awaken the body and oxygenate your system.

So it's like this,

We'll exhale all the air out of our lungs and then inhale filling up and we'll do short strong exhales.

So it sounds like this,

You'll exhale,

Inhale fill up.

Do that again,

Inhale,

Short but strong exhales.

Do this three more times,

Inhale,

Exhale.

You have those short strong little exhales.

And after that third round,

Just let your breath be effortless.

Maybe just noticing if there's any energy or tingling or sensation anywhere.

And then bring your awareness back to your palms,

The ones that are facing up towards the sky.

And imagine that there's two balls of white light,

One over each palm,

Hovering there right over your hands.

And now feel as this light begins to pour into your body from those white balls,

Going into your hands,

Down your arms,

Past your shoulders,

Up to your head,

And down your entire body.

Like your body is just absorbing this light energy.

These white balls of light are filled with energy,

Vitality.

And as you breathe on the inhale,

Imagine you're breathing more energy into your body.

And as you exhale,

You're releasing fatigue or sluggishness,

Maybe any sleepiness left over from the night before.

Focus on those two balls of light energy pouring into your body.

Inhale energy comes in,

Exhale,

Release all of that fatigue.

And tell yourself again,

I welcome energy and vitality into my body.

Do this a few more times,

Focusing on the palms of the hands,

Inhaling energy,

Exhaling fatigue.

And now taking your hands,

Turning them palms down.

And we're going to end with a few more rounds of that bellows breath.

So we'll exhale all the air out of our lungs.

Then inhale,

Fill up,

Short and strong exhales.

And as you exhale,

Let the energy pour into you on the inhale,

And release any lingering fatigue on the exhales.

And after that final round,

Take a big deep breath in through the nose,

And as you do,

Reach your hands overhead,

Stretching long.

And exhale,

Releasing your hands down,

Opening the eyes,

And closing your meditation practice.

Thank you so much for joining me today,

And I hope you have a great day ahead.
