Soft exhale.
Now just let your breath return to normal.
No control,
No effort,
Just noticing.
Let your shoulders drop just a little,
Unclench your jaw,
Soften your tongue,
Relax the space between your eyebrows.
You don't have to relax completely,
Just 5% softer,
That's enough.
Maybe you feel overwhelmed,
Or tired,
Or a little disconnected.
Maybe your mind has been racing,
Or your body feels tense.
Whatever is here is allowed to be here.
There is nothing wrong with you,
It is just your system asking for a pause.
Bring your attention gently into your body.
Notice your chest,
Your belly,
Your arms,
Your legs and just observe,
Where do you feel the most tension right now.
No need to change it,
Just notice.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine sending a little bit of softness there.
Not forcing,
Just inviting.
With every exhale,
Imagine your body slowly shifting from tension into something a little safer,
A little calmer,
A little more supported.
You don't need to feel completely relaxed,
Even a tiny shift is enough.
Imagine you are being gently held,
Supported,
Like the ground beneath you is steady and safe.
Nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you need to go.
Just this moment,
And your breath.
For these few moments,
You don't have to carry everything,
You can put it all down,
The thoughts,
The pressure,
The expectations,
They will still be there later,
If needed.
Right now,
You are allowed to rest,
Just stay here for a few breaths.
And when you feel ready,
Take a slightly deeper breath in and a slow exhale out.
Gently bring some movement back into your body and come back at your own pace.
You are doing better than you think.
