Your coach,
And today we will be doing a guided meditation called who am I?
It's all about self-discovery and getting in touch with who you are at your core.
So let's get started.
Go ahead,
Settle yourself into a nice and comfy position.
Sit up right with your shoulders rolled back and your spine extended upward.
Take your time to arrive at a place of total stillness.
Get out any itches and twitches and movements and when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Now let's take a couple of deep relaxing breaths.
Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.
Taking a deep breath in,
Inhaling fully and then releasing the breath out slow and gentle.
Letting go of any stress and tension on every exhale.
Now on your next breath in,
Breathe as if you are trying to fill your entire body with beautiful clean air.
Breathe as if you could feel the air through every part of your being.
So breathing in,
Allowing the inhalation to fill you up from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet and then when you exhale,
Allow your exhalation to release everything,
All the tension,
Any stress.
From your whole body,
Let it go.
So continue to breathe deeply.
Taking long inhales and even longer exhales.
Allow your breath to settle.
Let it be soft.
Let it be natural.
Now take a moment to realize that you are here,
Present with me,
With yourself right now.
Take in the things that are around you.
Just a simple awareness of where you are.
Becoming aware of the entire body.
Become more aware and more energized with all the beautiful things that life has to offer you right now.
You may even ask yourself,
Who am I?
No matter what comes to mind and even if it's nothing at all,
Just simply allow any thoughts or ideas to be acknowledged by you,
With no judgment.
Maybe some feelings arise to the surface.
There may be inspiration,
Motivation,
Excitement,
Or joy.
But maybe there's also fear,
Anxiety,
Or uncertainty.
We've all been familiar with all of the feeling of uncertainty at some point in our lives.
Some more often than others.
But note,
You're here in this world for a reason.
You're looking for the answers that you already have.
For directions that you already know.
Your mind is the starting point to all you were meant to be.
It is where you start to conquer your mountains.
It's the peaceful eye of any storm that surrounds you.
It's where you find your true hero.
Because it's the place where you find the real you.
Where you find the real you.
The you that can overcome,
Step by step,
Moment by moment,
Starting in the stronghold that is your mind.
There's no one that can hurt you.
You're in control.
Now bring your attention back to your breath.
Steady in.
Lungs filling up.
Slowly out.
Remember that life will unfold in front of you just the way it's meant to be.
There's no rush to be in any other place.
Be right here right now.
Sometimes we may experience a sense of disconnection from ourselves or from our being.
And know that that's okay.
Accept this without any judgment.
Take a deep breath.
Inhaling clarity,
Precision,
And openness.
Exhale doubt,
Fear,
And nervousness.
Allow your body to release the concerns that it's holding.
You are free.
You are patient.
You are moving.
You do know who you are.
You are magnificent.
Be your true self,
That inner being,
And focus into your heart.
Breathe deeply now.
Realize that you are within a planet that is bursting full of potential,
And all it takes is our imagination to make this world full of love and joy.
Dare to dream big.
Dare to reach for the stars.
It is possible.
And remember that nothing is unachievable.
Once we have the mindset to succeed,
And we start to live our purpose on purpose.
Feel your heart's space filling up with inner peace.
Feel the lightness being brought by your breath into your body and mind.
Feel your body and mind letting go.
I want you to surrender and let go.
In this moment,
Let go of all the fears.
Let go of the concerns.
Completely and utterly surrender yourself without holding anything back.
Allow yourself effortlessly to swim in the ocean of your internal experience.
In this place of total surrender,
There is only love and support.
Peace and clarity.
Embrace uncertainty.
In the field of uncertainty is where all the great potential exists.
Allow it to lead you to places you've never been before.
Be brave as it challenges you to exercise both your heart and your mind as you create your own path towards happiness.
Enjoy the beauty of welcoming endless possibilities into your life.
Enjoy the present,
Each moment as it comes,
Because you'll never get another one quite like this.
And should you ever look up and find yourself lost,
Simply take a breath and start over.
Retrace your steps and go back to the purest place in your heart.
That's right where you are.
You'll find your way.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
And as you continue through the rest of your day,
Walking towards whatever lies ahead,
Know that you have found a place of total power within.
No matter what happens,
You can take a few moments and just return back into that space.
The place where you have the power to live your purpose on purpose just as you are.
