Beautiful soul,

To this peaceful pause.

I am Lisa Watley,

Your guide for this mini meditation session today.

So now let's journey in.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to settle.

It's time to take a gentle pause from the outside world and bring your awareness inward.

Now take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Feeling a wave of freedom enter your being.

And exhale,

Releasing all the chains of weight that you've been carrying.

Simply let it go.

Feel your body softening as the world around you gently fades away,

Drifting now into the sanctuary within.

Let yourself sink deeper,

Drifting down,

Surrendering to this peaceful moment.

Now breathe in,

And as you release,

Feel a soothing calm wash over you,

Clearing a space within for pure stillness.

Now feel the world around you fade as you drift gently into your inner world,

Allowing your body to relax,

Surrendering into the soft embrace of this moment.

Take another deep,

Cleansing breath,

Inhaling the infinite possibilities of the universe.

And as you exhale,

Release all limitations.

Just allow yourself to settle into this moment,

Where the pulse of creation hums softly within you.

And now feel yourself arriving fully in this moment,

Centered and calm.

Today you will approach your day with ease,

Moving through it like a gentle river,

Flowing effortlessly around every bend.

And repeat softly within your mind,

I am at ease.

Let these words wash over you like a soothing pink balm,

Calming every cell of your being.
