Get in your body! And out of your thinking first thing in the morning, snuggle into the soft quiet center of your self. Two endpoints at the 10- and 15-minute mark. Uses wim hoff deep breaths to start. Body awareness and breath meditation in the middle. Ends with a gentle self-massage for your day. I crafted this one for myself as I couldn't find the type of guided morning med I wanted, I dig it and hope you do too!
