You Welcome today,
I'm going to guide you on a deeply relaxing journey to enable you to completely let go Relax and release all stress and assist you in healing your body mind soul and your spirit instilling peace and tranquility throughout your entire body To start with I recommend you find a quiet location Where you won't be disturbed Then choose a comfortable place to sit or lie down Loosen any tight clothing and simply allow your body to unwind Let your arms just slide loose at your sides or across your lap It is always better if your legs are uncrossed and that your back is straight and supported You might like to place a pillow under your head if you lie down Perhaps you may like to cover your eyes which can allow you to switch off and relax even deeper Once you are completely comfortable and at ease where you are right now I would like you now to close your eyes And commence focusing on your breath flowing in and flowing out Gently and rhythmically in an easy relaxed way Keeping your mind on your breathing at all times Will allow the mind to become more centered And at peace Draw in the next breath in Feeling the chest expand fully to receive the breath And release any tension,
Stress or anxieties that you may be experiencing with each exhaled breath If your mind is busy,
Simply acknowledge those thoughts and let them know you will attend to them later So they trouble you less Do not push them away Just relax and allow them to simply flow through you What is the most important thing to do?
Watching the breath as it flows into the body Right down to the pit of the belly And letting go completely As the body sinks deeper and deeper in the place where you are seated or lying down Let go of your legs and your arms Relax your shoulders Allow yourself to let go completely In this safe space that you are in right now Keeping the focus on your breathing Pulling your breath in deeply yet relaxed And letting go Beginning to become more aware of energy that surrounds the physical body As you activate all your senses Invite the next breath in Joining relaxation And releasing all that you no longer need as you exhale Now I would like you to imagine,
See or sense that you can draw cosmic light down from high above And allow this beautiful brilliant light to surround you completely Like a cloak all the way down to your feet and under your feet Surrounding you in healing protective energies Counteracting any unwanted energies and external stressors for you today Feel it,
Sense it See how good it feels to have this light in your body See how good it feels to have this brilliant cosmic light surrounding you right now Giving you strength and confidence Take this opportunity to draw in any positive quality you need in your life at this moment Breathe it in through this light Pull it down from high above And allow it to flow right through you Filling you up completely with its energy Whether it be more happiness,
Abundance,
Excellent health,
More peace and tranquility Whatever you need Breathe that positive quality in right now through this light And exhale any doubts you may have in acquiring it in your life Do that now Now just affirm silently to yourself this cosmic light surrounds me In love,

Your third eye or from high above Allow your feet to relax completely to receive this healing light Feel this light penetrate every part of your feet right now,
All the way up to your ankles And each time you breathe in,
You can draw your healing light further up your body Pull it now up the shins and the calves to your knees Allowing it to relax and rejuvenate every cell that it penetrates As you breathe in,
Draw your healing light slowly up your thighs to your hips So your healing light now fills every part of your legs and your feet Try and sense the energy within you Relaxing you and rejuvenating every cell Rejuvenating every cell You can now show appreciation and gratitude to your legs For supporting you And enabling you to move forward positively and freely in your life Let them just relax now and rest as you give thanks to them Breathe in in deeply,
Pulling your healing light into the pelvic girdle And all the internal organs therein,
The reproductive system and the colon Nurturing and healing,
Detoxifying and cleansing right down to the cellular level You can talk to your healing light and you can guide it on its journey and tell it where to go Sense its energy around your organs right now in the pelvic region Feel the benefits that it instills Send your healing light now down to the tailbone And feel it move slowly around each vertebra,
Loosening up tension in all the tissues and muscles that are connected to the lower part of your spine Let your light travel up to the level of your hips Feel the lower part of your back begin to relax as you do Now as you breathe in deeply in a relaxed gentle way,
Pull that healing light of yours into the abdominal cavity of your body Allowing it to fill it completely,
Penetrating your stomach,
Healing the stomach lining,
Aiding digestion and assimilation of nutrients Now as you breathe in,
Pull your light into your liver on your right just below your ribs Feel,
Sense or imagine your liver relaxing right now to receive the healing light And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to let go of any anger or aggression that may be stored in the cellular level of the liver Set these emotions free as they are no longer needed,
Let them go now Now drawing the breath in deeply,
Imagine pulling it through the gallbladder and the pancreas,
Drawing in sweetness and joy And allowing yourself to free up and exhale any bitterness or resentment that may be stored in the cellular level here Set these emotions free Feel yourself relaxing more and more as you do Now breathing your healing light into the spleen on the left,
Just below your ribs,
Allow it to stimulate the immune function And then free up any toxins as you exhale Keeping your focus on your breath and also your healing light,
Guide it right now back into your spine From where it finished its journey at the level of your hips Let it travel up the next section of your vertebrae,
Out the middle section of your spine Freeing up all tension,
All stiffness,
Loosening all the tissues and the muscles As it travels round the spine,
Each vertebra one by one Just to the location of your shoulder blades,
Do that now Feeling your back relax more and more as you do Then as you breathe in,
Sense,
Feel or imagine that you can draw this healing light of yours into your kidneys just above your waistline at the back of your body Feel the kidneys relax to receive your healing light Then as you exhale,
Allow yourself to let go of any fears that are stored at the cellular level of the kidneys Let these fears go completely,
For they have served their purpose and they are no longer needed Set them free,
Do that now Then as you breathe in,
Pull that healing light of yours around to the front of your body,
To the solar plexus region Allow that energy to build and intensify here,
So it begins to form a brilliant ball of light situated just above your solar plexus See this ball of light grow in intensity and feel it expand with healing energy Now as you breathe in,
Draw that brilliant light of yours through your solar plexus region,
Which is the fleshy area just above your waistline Now this ball of light sits right over the junction to your entire nervous system Your healing light takes a journey right now through every nerve in your body,
Bringing about a deep,
Deep state of relaxation throughout Allow yourself to do that now Now slowly moving your attention toward your heart,
Sending your healing energy up toward your heart,
See your heart as if it were a flower,
Opening and loving Fully receptive to this healing energy that you generate right now Each time you breathe in,
You draw more of this healing energy into the heart Feel the muscle of the heart relax more and more to receive this healing light And when you exhale,
Allow yourself to let go of any suppressed emotions such as any deep hurts and pain that may be held in the heart muscle at a deep cellular level Let these emotions go free,
For they are no longer needed and you do not need to hold onto them You may even feel a shift of energy in your heart as you release that which you no longer need Now focus your attention toward your lungs and draw your healing energy up toward your lungs and inside your lungs as you breathe in deeply Fill in the lungs completely Feel the chest expand as it draws in this beautiful healing energy Allowing yourself to release any grief or sadness So your lungs can free themselves up at a deep cellular level of any unwanted,
Suppressed emotions Release all these emotions now with each exhaled breath,
Giving them all permission to leave For they have served their purpose too and are no longer needed Breathing in happiness and contentment with each inhaled breath Now direct your healing light back into your spine,
The location of your shoulder blades,
Where it finished its journey Allow your healing light to travel up the remaining part of your spine to the base of your neck,
Entwining each vertebra on the way Relaxing every tissue,
Every muscle,
Freeing up tension completely Feel your shoulders start to relax more and more as the light penetrates at a very deep level The light moving slowly across your shoulders,
Lifting away all the burdens of the day,
Freeing them from you As your breath is flowing in and out in a relaxed,
Gentle way You can guide your healing light all the way down your arms right now to your fingertips Sense the energy at the tips of your fingers,
Palms of your hands and your wrists Feel the sensation generated right now Then as you breathe in,
Allow that light of yours to move slowly up your forearms,
To your elbows and all the way up your upper arms back to your shoulders So your arms are filled completely now with this healing light of yours Show gratitude to them and appreciation for all the work they do for you,
For helping you and being there for you with all the tasks you need to fulfill Give thanks to them right now as they lie loosely at your side,
Completely relaxed Feel your healing light in your shoulders,
Moving across your shoulders one more time,
All the way up the back of your neck Feel your neck relaxing more and more as your healing light penetrates it And as you breathe in deeply,
You can draw that light around the front,
To your throat Where the light begins to intensify and build,
Forming a brilliant ball of light See that ball of light grow in intensity and expand with healing energy And as you breathe in,
You can draw it through your throat right now For this is the entry to your glandular system and the healing energy can now take a journey through every gland in your body at this moment Bringing about a complete state of balance and harmony within the entire hormonal system,
Do that now Breathing in,
Drawing your healing light up into your chin and jaw,
Relax your jaw Be aware of any tension that you may be holding there Feel your light creeping up toward your ears and inside your ears,
Cleansing and nurturing,
Rejuvenating every cell Allow it to move across your face and your cheeks,
Relax your face completely Breathe it deeply up your nose,
Into the sinuses,
Clearing the sinuses Allow it to penetrate your eyes and around the back of the optic nerve,
Easing any strain or fatigue that may be present Bringing clarity to sight Feel that light of yours move slowly up your temples into your forehead,
Relax your forehead,
Be aware of any tension Allow that light to move slowly over the top of your head right now,
Beginning to build a magnifying intensity Feel it grow stronger and stronger As you breathe in now,
Point that light deeply into your brain,
Into your subconscious and conscious mind Right down to the very core of your being With your mind's eye,
Your inner vision,
Just scan your entire body right now from head to toe and see if it's completely relaxed And if you observe any tension or discomfort,
You can simply generate your light To that part of the body and tell it to be receptive to receive your healing light right now Watching your breath as it flows in and out,
So relaxed As you begin to see a brilliant ball of light,
Begin to take form in the palm of your hand Allow it to grow with intensity And then imagine,
Sense or see yourself drawing this ball of light all the way through your heart as you breathe in now Right into your body,
Allow that ball of light to take a journey right now to any place within your body that needs additional healing It could be a particular organ,
Body system,
Maybe a limb Perhaps you simply want it to fill you completely and generate it to your entire body if there is no specific area for healing You can also ask that it be guided to your emotional body to help heal your emotions Send your healing light there now Once there,
Get an impression or feeling of this ball of light flood in that particular area of your body with its healing energy Now that you are deeply relaxed,
I would like you to ask for guidance,
Maybe from a guide or the higher power or anyone else that can help you share their wisdom and knowledge Allow them to make themselves known to you right now As you wait in the silence,
You may get an impression or feeling of a presence It could be quite clear to you,
Or maybe it's a little vague or blurry Simply accept whatever is presented to you,
Even if you are totally surprised Once the presence is there,
Ask them if there is anything they can share with you right now that can help you learn what is wrong and what it is that you need to know or understand Ask them what is the source of this problem that you are experiencing at this moment in your life I will stay silent for a few moments to allow you to communicate Now,
Whether you receive guidance or not at this stage,
I would like you to communicate with the part of the body that requires healing I would like you to ask what it needs from you in order to become strong and healthy again I will let you communicate now You may also find that any guide or presence may communicate with you at the same time Be completely open and receptive to anything that may arise,
Whether in images,
Feelings,
Words,
Whatever form it presents to you,
Simply accept Be completely open and receptive to anything that may arise,

Simply accept In this deep relaxed state that you are now in,
Allow yourself to seek further guidance and ask what you can learn from this present situation that you are experiencing.
And if you feel you have trouble in letting go and releasing any aspect of this healing,
You may need to ask guidance.

You can then ask the higher power for helping resolving and releasing to assist with your overall healing.

This in turn will help to give you some clarity on the situation that you are experiencing and maintain peace and equilibrium and so help you with your self healing.
I would like you now to bring your focus back to your breath as it flows in and out,
Leaving the light to continue its healing as all of the images are faded from your mind and you allow your breath to just keep flowing in and out in a relaxed gentle way.
Begin now to see an image of yourself in perfect health and vitality,

Might be something you've not done for such a long time.
See it happening to you right now.
Feel it.
See it.
Sense it.
Smell it.
Hear it.
Activate all your senses to truly experience how wonderful you feel.

Bringing your awareness to your feet and how they feel right now and your legs.
Bring awareness up to your hands and your arms as you let go of them completely,
Your shoulders as you gradually move your shoulders.
Your neck and your head,
Your entire body and how it feels at this moment.
You're gradually more and more becoming aware of being present in this room or wherever you're situated.
Aware of everyday reality as you allow yourself right now to stretch out.
Take a deep breath,
Open your eyes and come back to waking consciousness.
