Good evening and welcome to this progressive hypnosis to fall fast asleep and get restorative sleep.

Lay down and position your body in a way that is comfortable for you.

You are carried by the surface of your bed so you can let go of any tensions,

Of any stress.

Tomorrow will be another day and your concerns of tonight will surely not be the ones of tomorrow.

The night will regenerate your mind and change your perceptions somewhat so you no longer have to worry about the things that occupy your mind.

Just let yourself be guided by my voice in this progressive relaxation.

Take a deep breath in through your mouth,

Hold your breath for a few seconds and release the air through your mouth as if you were relieved to finally have a moment for yourself after a long day.

Repeat this deep breathing twice.

Now return to the natural rhythm of your breath and feel how each new exhale relaxes you a little bit more.

Without efforts,

Your breath cradles you and brings you progressively into a state of deep relaxation.

Now imagine a cord that starts from the base of your spine and descends far into the center of the earth.

Tie the other end firmly into the earth and bring all your worries,

Stress,

Fears down this cord.

Only the present moment has value,

The one telling you what your physical body is doing.

And right now it allows you to be here,

Relaxed,

Experiencing a moment of rest,

Of quiet.

You are feeling good,

Your muscles are relaxing and you are sinking into the surface of your mattress,

Which makes you feel even more relaxed,

Lighter and free of tensions.

A wave of relaxation starts from the tips of your toes and reaches the top of your head very delicately,

Like an ocean wave.

This ocean wave of relaxation softens and releases all the tension in your feet,

Goes up to your ankle,

Along your shins and relaxes your knees.

This clear wave of relaxation cleanses your body of all your mind's influence on it,

It relaxes your thighs and moves up towards your hips,

Which from left to right and right to left relax a little more.

This ocean wave of relaxation warms your belly,

Your stomach and melts the tensions located in the heart of your intestines,

The second brain of the human body and center of the emotions.

Thanks to your breath,

Imagine this ocean wave of relaxation pacifying all the negative emotions or stress felt in the heart of your belly.

This wave of relaxation,

Soft and warm,

Now releases all the tensions in your shoulders,

From left to right,

From right to left.

Your shoulders are free of tensions and let themselves be carried by the surface of your bed.

The ocean wave of relaxation now loosens your neck,

Goes up towards your chin,

Relaxes your mouth,

Your teeth separate and your mouth slightly opens.

This wave of relaxation releases your nose,

Your eyes,

One,

Two,

One,

Two,

One,

Two.

Your eyes feel heavier and heavier,

They are so relaxed that you don't want to open them.

They feel like a blanket over your mind.

You are feeling well and your skull is so relaxed.

Your head has no more tensions.

Now visualize yourself on a floating path made of a magnificent white light on which you walk,

Above beautiful and colorful meadows with plants and flowers breathing life.

There is also a clear water stream with such a relaxing sound rocking you until you fall asleep.

The enchanted creek will take you down its current until the early morning,

Which will be another day.
