Do you ever feel like you're constantly saying yes when you desperately want to say no?

Or that your energy is being drained by other people's desires and demands?

If you're tired of feeling overwhelmed and burnt out,

Then this practice is for you.

This simple daily ritual will help you build your inner fence and reclaim your peace.

Come back and practice it as often as it serves you.

Let's begin.

You can sit or lay down,

Letting your body relax.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Notice your breath,

Soft and steady.

Inhale,

Feeling a gentle warmth fill your chest,

And exhale,

Letting go of any pressure to please others.

Now,

From this place of stillness,

Imagine a clear,

Glowing light forming around you,

Like an outline of your body.

This is your inner fence.

Simple,

Strong,

Uniquely yours.

It holds space for your peace,

Keeping out what doesn't serve you.

Imagine that this light was your ultimate protector,

Making it impossible for negative energy to penetrate it.

When low vibrations come your way,

This light fence creates a barrier to entering your body.

And it alerts you when you need a reminder to set healthy boundaries to protect your peace.

Feel yourself standing tall within its impenetrable light,

Safe and in control,

Knowing this energy is with you as long as you choose to tune into it and keep it active.

What a gift to know this inner fence is available to serve you.

Now,

On your next in-breath,

Bring your hand to your heart space and ask,

When will I rely on my inner fence today?

How might I allow its feedback to help me set healthy boundaries?

Maybe it's a no to an extra task or carving out time for yourself.

Trust that choice.

Your inner fence is always with you,

Ready to protect your peace.

Bring a slight smile to your face,

Knowing this is the truth.

You got this,

My friend.
