Welcome to this mindful minute meditation.
No matter what is happening right now,
Give yourself this one minute to let yourself center
And simply be.
Let's begin by connecting to our breath.
Feel yourself breathing in and out.
Allow yourself to let everything else go and just for one minute,
Relax.
Release the tension in your shoulders,
In your neck,
Arms,
Chest and legs.
Anywhere you feel yourself tensing,
Let it go.
Continue breathing deeply and allow your whole body to relax as you quickly scan over it.
Taking a deep breath in now through the nose,
Let it out with a sigh.
And one more time,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and let it all go.
Now from this place of calm that you created,
You can return back to your life,
Back to
Whatever has been happening and know that this sense of calm and relaxation is always
Waiting for you to connect to yourself and the present moment.
