These affirmations were selected to help you improve your relationship with yourself and get you into a more loving and accepting mindset. Can be used as a meditation practice, a track to listen to during breathwork, or any activity throughout your day. The more present and connected you can be to the words, the more benefits you will receive.

Welcome!

In this affirmation session,

We are going to practice a new mindset,

A new way of being,

And that is the way of self-love.

You are the most important person in your life.

It is time that you do more than just accept yourself,

Tolerate yourself,

Put up with yourself,

And endure who you are.

That is no way to live.

Loving yourself isn't optional.

It comes first.

Practice these affirmations every day for 21 days and watch your relationship with yourself transform as these words become true for you.

This can be done as an affirmation or meditation session or as listening to a soundtrack as you go about your day.

The universe loves you,

Darling.

It's time to love yourself.

So as you choose,

Find a comfortable position sitting or laying down,

Eyes either open or closed,

And begin tuning in.

Take a couple breaths just to center yourself.

Allow yourself to be open to yourself.

Become present and bring your attention and awareness to this practice.

Repeat the following affirmations after me either out loud or in your mind.

I trust myself.

I accept myself.

I honor myself and my body.

I trust and open my heart.

I allow myself to see and feel my truth.

I listen and trust in the quiet voice of my heart.

I learn to experience love for myself.

I am gentle,

Loving,

Kind,

And attentive to myself.

I am patient with myself.

I am nurturing with myself.

I give myself the love I deserve.

I honor,

Respect,

And love myself just as I am.

I feel at home in my own being.

I am grateful for my life.

I love the way I handle things.

I love my unique way of learning,

Growing,

And seeing things.

I love where I've been.

I accept my past fully,

Knowing it led me here.

I love what I've done.

I accept all my past actions.

I love where I am and what I am doing right now.

I am at peace with who I am as a person.

I commit to meeting myself where I am.

I witness and appreciate my own unique inner beauty and strength.

I love how I look,

Smell,

And feel.

I love the radiance in my heart.

I love the color of my eyes,

The color of my hair,

And the shape of my face and body.

I love how I laugh.

I love how I cry.

I love my mistakes and all the good I have done.

I love all of me.

I am good enough.

I am lovable as I am.

I am beautiful as I am.

I am worthy as I am.

I love myself unconditionally.

No matter what,

I love myself and I know I have my own back.

Beautiful.

Now smile and allow this love to soak in.
